Two-tone Train Home! King bed, Pet friendly, Foosball!

Welcome to the two-tone train home! Our train-themed home is centrally located off Henderson street and about a mile from the downtown traffic circle. We offer a king bed, two twin beds and a full-sized pull out couch. A small laundry and dryer are located in the basement for those needing longer stays. We also provide a 65 inch roku tv ad well as a myriad of board games and a foosball table for family friendly tournaments!

This house is cozy and comfortable, being roughly 700 square feet. It offers a full sized kitchen, with everything needed to cook a family dinner. Beautifully remodeled bathroom with stand-up, walk-in shower. We offer a king size bed with ample storage for clothes and a dedicated work space for traveling workers. Additionally, we have a trundle bed consisting of two twin beds. In the living room we offer a full-sized pull out couch with a 65 inch TV and plenty of games for the kids. In the basement we have a small washer and dryer for those not wanting to go to the laundry mat.

Additional info:
Although we are pet friendly, we do require a one time $100 pet fee.

We love sharing our home with all our guests. However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage we will only accept booking requests from:
-- Renters who are above the age of 25.
--Renters who will be staying during the reservation and are not booking for someone else.
--Renters who have less than 5 star reviews.

***As with most homes in this area, we do get the occasional bugs in the basement. These include asian beetles, spiders, water bugs and the occasional cockroach. We do have the basement and outside foundation sprayed once per month. We just do not want any guests to be surprised if there is a dead insect in the basement.***

First time using a VRBO rental property. Place was great! Was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how well the property was stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Very clean and cute home. I had 2 dogs and the female passed away so didn’t want to leave the male home alone. He has never traveled with me and stayed at a new/ strange place. The house was so homey he was fine. Would highly recommend the train house!

It's too bad the king bed is hard as a rock. We had to use the twin/trundle in order to get any sleep. Very close to major artery with many eateries shopping. Just 5 minutes to downtown as well. With the use of a fan and the white noise machine we were not disturbed by traffic noise... until the trash truck came through before 6am on Thursday.
