ABOUT OGUNQUIT
Ogunquit, meaning “Beautiful Place By the Sea,” is known for its local art galleries, unique boutiques, and the famous Ogunquit Playhouse. Boston Magazine calls it “one of the most immaculate stretches of coastline in New England.”
YOUR CONDO
Stay in the heart of Ogunquit in this bright, two-story condo with stunning views of coastal wetlands and the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a private balcony—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The condo also includes access to a heated community pool. Beach towels, an umbrella, and two chairs are provided for your convenience. Parking for two cars is included.
What’s included?
Each home comes with full linens and one set of towels per guest. So, if the home accommodates 6 people, you'll find 6 sets of towels waiting for you. Further, Coastal Maine Vacations has you covered with a handy starter kit. We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, and more. While it's not meant to last your entire stay, it's perfect to get you through your first night or two and help you settle in comfortably.

NOTE: This condo starts on the second floor and does not have in-unit laundry, but coin laundry is available nearby.

LOCATION
You’ll be just a short walk from Ogunquit’s Footbridge, Ogunquit Beach, Perkins Cove, and many restaurants. Take the trolley to the village center for shopping, art, and live music at the piano bar.
THE BEACH
Ogunquit Beach offers 3.5 miles of pristine sand between the river and ocean, often ranked among the best in America. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and bodysurfing—all just steps from your door. For a quieter spot, visit Footbridge Beach, accessible by a charming plank bridge. Both beaches offer restrooms and refreshments.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. two flights of stairs to our condo was challenging for 94 year old father but he did not want to change accommodations primarily because he loved of the view of the marsh and ocean beyond, especially the changing of the tide and observing the water birds.

Wonderful

The property was a cute condo very clean and neat! The view off back balcony of the estuarys was beautiful! You could walk to a few restaurants and ice cream places! And a walk to downtown ongunquit was only a mile!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location right on route 1 . Walking distance to 5 restaurants short ride to a beautiful beach. Weather was fantastic warm and sunny. The condo was also close to many shops and grocery stores. The only thing that was a little strange was many of the condo's were not rentals and the full time residents did not like renters, all thought we were quiet and respectful of their privacy we did feel a little like we wre not wanted.

Clean stay and good communication!

Overall a good stay - the place was clean and tidy upon arrival and communication was quick with the host! Frustrating that we couldn’t use the building laundry - we were doing an extended stay so wanted to refresh towels/throws. watching other units use the laundry and host providing us laundry detergent was rubbing salt in the wounds ha Apartment setup was very bare bones and mismatched - kinda hard to prepare and save food at home - this was frustrating as a long stay.

No Amenities or contact with management. Broken handle on shower and no one to contact to fix it. Laundry and Dishwasher was not available as promised. No one to contact. Had to go to a laundromat and pay for clean towels and clothes. Pool was dirty and no one was around to tell or contact. Tubs in room were filthy and one bathroom smelled very srongly of cigarettes and we had to buy an air freshner. It smelled so strongly it made me feel sick and so I had to use the bathroom with the broken shower handle to shower everytime and it just kept falling off. I tried to contact them about the laundry but when they didnt answer or message back I knew I couldnt tell them about the shower handle. Construction was going on next door all day but we were gone in the daytime. Not a good place for a vacation, just people letting their condos to make extra money when they arent using it. Gross.

The house was in a nice area and as a whole fit our needs had we only stayed a night or two.On top of minimal supplies, we were only provided one towel, hand towel, wash cloth per person for a 4 night stay and the troubleshooting guide provided after EVERY message to the host, said that they could be refreshed at the onsite laundry, but the notes left on the table said otherwise. They provided a box set of shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom, but I would have preferred to have had the essentials like toilet paper, paper towels and an extra towel for when I wash my hair. I looked and ultimately went with this place because it said it had laundry facilities. There was a note that they weren’t in the unit but it was nearby, which seemed to mean they had onsite laundry. It wasn’t until we got there that we found out differently. There is a lot of misleading and mixed messaging but when reaching out they are very clear that they are unwilling to provide you anything above and beyond a ‘starter kit’ even when you book for longer periods of time (mine was a 4 night stay). For that reason alone I will never book one of their places again, and suggest you do the same.Also, because I know this will ‘come out of nowhere’ I’ve provided my proof in pictures, including where they tell me their supplies are “
not meant to last the entire time you are there”

Horrible condo

We were expecting a nice clean well supplied condo. By the pictures and the description you would have thought it would be impeccably clean and well stocked with dishes, soap bedding . . . There were 3 wine glasses, 4 coffee cups random sized plates. The dishes still had price stickers on the bottom untouch which means they hadn't even cleaned them before they put them up. THe shower curtain on the inside of the tub was pink with old mildew. They left 2 towels only and now washer or dryer to refresh on our 4 day stay. EEww there was long black hair in the shower on the walls. I have very short grey hair and so does my husband. It was also really really dark even in the middle of the day. Soooo depressing. All in all the best part was the location on the marsh. We loved getting out of the horrible condo and looking out over the marsh. It was not what they promised this condo would be. I'm very disappointed. Oh and when I told the property manager the issues. She wrote back and said "sorry you think it's dark." I don't think it's dark it is dark and what about the mildew shower curtain I had to shower with for 4 days. Summing it up "Gross"
