Inside of home was very nicely updated. Kitchen was great and nice outdoor deck to hang out on. We had bridal party getting hair and make up done.. brightness and openness of home was great for this. 2 negatives were creaky floors.. and factory plastic wrap on mattresses under waterproof mattress cover.. was like sleeping on potato chips. So did not get very good sleep for 4 nights.

Great house and location

This was such an amazing property to stay at. All the photos listed were exactly as you would expect in person. Clean, quiet neighborhood, and such close location to the Avon and Randolph area. This house had such an amazing persona that I felt right at home as soon as we checked in. I highly recommend staying at this property. It was great overall.

Great house, well maintained

The Charles' house is a wonderful property. It seems newly renovated with very modern and comfortable furnishings. Caleb and Mayor were very easy to communicate with and cooperative. I highly recommend their listing.

Easy commute to Boston, clean, great stay!

Beds for 8 but plenty of room to sleep more if you bring your own bedding. Lovely deck area and sitting room. No washer/dryer in unit, just be aware. Very well furnished and comfortable for our group of 10.

Guys trip to Boston

Property was great, but a bit far from Boston. When it was time to check out we left the house in the condition that it was given to us. But then the owners charged us for light bulbs that were missing that we obviosly did not take. When asked if we could get some clarity on what was missing/broken. We were dissmed and ignored. We were ultimately charged, without being able to talk about it (luckily trip insurance covered it).

Randolf Stay

The location is just right. You’re away from the city and only about 20-45 minutes from main attractions. A lot of people complain about the traffic. I’m from Chicago. Traffic in Boston is a walk in the park. The home is beautiful. Well equipped with amenities, toiletries, plates, etc. there’s really nothing you would need to make your stay enjoyable, that this home does not provide. We were a party of 6. And ALL had ample room and space. The only reason why I’m not giving it a 5 star rating was the communication. It was very difficult to check in. There was misinformation on the listing to when we arrived. And trying to commucate that was very difficult. They use a management company and getting through to them was very difficult. They do not respond in a timely manner. And when checking in. That’s very important. Once I got ahold of Caleb. It all went smooth. Other than that. The stay was amazing. I would definitely rent again.
