Enjoy a comfortable stay in this clean and modern 4-bedroom 2-bath home less than a 10 min walk to the beach and convenient access to Boston by car (15-25min) or public transportation (30-45min). It`s a spacious 2000sqft that was recently remodeled, retains plenty of character with many large windows. It is perfect for families, professionals, students, working from home, or anyone relocating to the area. It`s stocked with everything you need so you can move right in with just your suitcase.
The kitchen, dining and living room are combined in an open concept design. The entire space was furnished and decorated in 2020 and includes hardwood floors, brand new and very comfortable memory foam mattresses (two kings and two queens), a large 60` smart TV with Netflix, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Discovery+, Disney+, ESPN+ Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Curiosity. There is a large, comfortable sofa and coffee table, dining table and chairs, three desks for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, and private in-unit laundry. There is also a shared patio and backyard including a grill and outdoor furniture.
This home is one of two units in the building and occupies the entire 1st floor and walk-out basement. The other unit on the 2nd floor is also a short-term rental, the sound insulation between the two is quite good. Itâs in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood near the beach and you are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. It includes free parking in the driveway for 1-2 cars and any additional cars can park for free on the street.
The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, stainless refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher. Also included is a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, pots and pans, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, filtered water, food and snacks.
Both bathrooms are clean and comfortable, including large rain-head showers, vanities, commodes, storage, and are stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and hair drier. The main bathroom does have a tub as well.
The unit has its own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in the summer. You will have access to the entire apartment, the entire indoor space is private to you with its own entrance and no shared space.
You will have access to the entire home, it is all private to you.
Outside, there is a shared patio space, BBQ grill, and back yard.
We will interact with guests as much or as little as they like. We`re happy to help with recommendations on getting around the city and surrounding areas, on local attractions, and our favorite places to eat.
North Quincy is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is very close by it`s less than a 10 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only two blocks away with a coffee shop, beer/wine/liquor, a Greek/Italian restaurant, and a small grocery store. Many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is a nearby park with a field, basketball courts and a playground.
You can access our home very easily by car or public transportation. We are a 15 minute, 3/4 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. We live close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore.
You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 min, the airport in about 15 min, TD Garden is 15 min, Fenway park is 25 min, Plymouth in 45 min and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic.
Included are two driveway parking spots and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits.
Quiet time 10pm-8am, be respectful of neighbors and other guests
Visitors are welcome but only booked guests stay overnight
No parties or events
No smoking inside, $500 fee for violations, ok to smoke outside
No unauthorized pets
No illegal activity
Unauthorized late check-out after 11am will incur a fee of $75 per hour
Guests who cause damage will be charged the cost of repairs
Guests who fail to follow house rules may be asked to leave without refund
