Big and spacious home. Good spot to host a gathering. Host is very responsive to messages and gets back to you same day. Would recommend this stay.

Good Property to stay and host!!

I had my birthday party here and the host was very flexible! Did not hear much from host but home was very spacious and nice pond outside and great place to have gatherings and parties and inside home was beautiful would host here again !!! book your stay you won’t regret it.

Great stay, everything went as expected

Property is nice a large, perfect for gatherings. Guest was very communicative and flexible with changes, such as allowing for earlier check-in.

Good location

The area is perfect and the house is very spacious. Contact with the host is very responsive. My only complaint would be to update or renovate the rooms because they do look dated and worn. Other than that it’s a good experience.

Great stay for a family and small events

The property is great for multigenerational families (accessible bathrooms, single floor, ramps). The backyard is great for family gatherings, and offers a private area for comfort and quiet. Michael is an excellent host who was very accommodating and helpful! Thank you

Needs Work

entire house needs painting, the pond in the backyard is a mosquito haven, furniture needs updating. It looks like a home for patients, the stove needs a good cleaning or replacement. We would not return to this property again

Family get together

HORRIBLE!!!! This house looks nothing like the photos!! Front of house overgrown with weeds. Dead bugs in front of door with ants. Entering the house. Walls dirty. Furniture dirty and some chairs broken. Backyard overgrown with weeds, dirty outside furniture with trash and cobwebs. I will say the bathrooms were clean as well as the beds. Otherwise we would have left. Please take my word
. DONT RENT THIS HOUSE!!!!

Great for events!

This property was amazing! An event friendly space is all I’ve ever hoped for and this house delivered. The rooms were cozy and comfy, the bathrooms were cleaned and maintained well. The kitchen was straight forward with no issues. On arrival we did notice the house had a bit of a odor but opening windows and the screen door quickly resolved it. The backyard was also fantastic. Nice open and welcoming space. I will say we did notice a bit of left over trash from possibly a previous guest that also had an event, but nothing out of control, the carpet also was a bit hazardous, one of the corners doesn’t lay flat and i’ve personally almost tripped over a few times. We also tried our best to clean but the only broom was broken and it seemed like no mop was available. Overall a great house! I’d be thrilled to return for any future events or occasions.

Not a good surprise--bait & switch

We arrived Christmas Eve afternoon (planning a large family Christmas dinner) shocked to find sticky floors, burned out pots (all unusable), 3 forks, 6 spoons, & many chipped plates. No can/bottle opener. No trash bags & only 2 dishwasher tablets (for a 4 day stay). None of the remotes worked, the nice furniture & rugs in the pictures were either missing or replaced with much lower quality furniture (beds were clean & comfy). The fan was caked with dust & the walls throughout were in desperate need of patch & paint, wallpaper peeling, and mold on the shower seat. We fortunately had folks nearby who could loan us pots/pans, chairs, etc. If there had been time before Christmas, we would have found another rental.

Bad experience

The listing was not what we got. The listing on the web site was really nice. The landscape was horrible. There were weeds everywhere. It looks like the property had been abandoned the weeds were so bad and out of hand. The so called pool looked like a pond with really green dirty water. The floors inside the house were extremely dirty. You couldn’t walk bare footed without your feet getting black. There was a layer of dirt under the carpet wish was coming up from the edges, the owner put blue tape that was visible to try and get the carpet to stay down. We ran out of toilet paper in the restrooms. One of the restroom doors did not lock. We went to cook dinner we turned on the range and all the burners started clicking Instead of just the one we wanted to use so we had to have all of the burners on weather we used them or not. I thought the stove was going to blow up. We thought for the price we paid that we would have gotten what we saw online. A lot of TLC needs to be given to the house. There was an also garbage in the garbage can in the kitchen when we go there.
