Located in the heart of Langford & only a 15 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a romantic escape, or a working holiday, our freshly renovated home has everything you need for a memorable stay.

đż Living Area: Step into a spacious, light-filled living room designed for relaxation. Enjoy cozy evenings with a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and plush seating.
đïž Bedrooms: This beautifully renovated lower suite boasts 3 bedrooms with 1 king size and 2 queen beds. All have extremely comfortable high quality mattresses and quality linens to ensure a great nights sleep!
đł Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a family feast or a quick breakfast. Modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator. and an oven make cooking a breeze. Enjoy your meals in the adjoining dining area or on the terrace for an alfresco experience.
đż Bathrooms: Our pristine bathroom provides all the essentials. It has a bathtub for those who prefer a relaxing soak.
đ Outdoor Space: The private terrace is a highlight of this property. Equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. Itâs an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or dining under the stars.
đ Parking: No need to worry about parkingâour home includes secure, private parking for up to 2 vehicles.
Guest Access
Youâll have the entire home to yourself, ensuring total privacy during your stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience.

-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-No pets allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
**If not followed you will be asked to leave and you could be fined.**
