I enjoyed my stay and the room was clean and functional. The internet was spotty so not great if you want to watch tv before bed.

Girl’s weekend!

The location was centrally located to all the sights and restaurants! The room was very clean and we very much enjoyed spending a little time in the hot tub at the end of each night. Bed was super comfortable!

Just a quick three day stay. Loved that the cottage/room was within walking distance to town and all the restaurants and shopping. It was a cute place to stay. Everything we wanted/needed was there. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay, Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Only a few blocks walk from downtown Dunedin. We brought our bikes with us as the bike trail is right next to the property. The property is very clean, the check in process and communication with property management is perfect. Waters, coffee and snacks are available in the common building. Highly recommend this property for a great visit to Dunedin.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Dunedin. The facility was clean, nice, and had all the essentials. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, and the location was so convenient to Main Street and all the cool shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend these accommodations.

Great short term stay

My husband and I stayed here for one night for our anniversary. I didn’t realize it would be a room in the house and not the bungalow so the instructions were slightly confusing. The walls were a little thin so we heard our neighbors really well when the talked. However, the unit was very clean, close to downtown and easy to access. I would stay here again for a short time.

Me Time

Everything was wonderful until I got back to my room and the temperature was 83 and I could not get it to cool down. After contacting the property manager, they moved me to a cottage which was a wonderful experience. I would come back to this resort as long as I could stay in one of the cottages. Thank you for having me

Climatecontrol

The ac was set at 63 upon our arrival. Room temp was 67. We had to turn ac off and open windows to warm up. When the room reached 72, we tried to set thermostat to 73. We woke up in the middle of the night as thermostat reverted to 63. It was freezing again. This time we turned ac off completely. Awoke again and it was too warm. Not acceptable conditions.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication when we had an AC unit that would not shut off. Our room was down to 52 degrees at one point with nothing more than a blanket and small portable heater to help. Understand we were there during a cool time in FL, but you have to be able to shut off the AC in your room. If you aren’t aware, some of the rooms are located in a larger building with shared access to a common area. The description and pictures made us believe we were staying in part of a cottage. Just be sure you know what you are getting. The location is good, easy to walk all around Dunedin.
