"Beachwalk Landing" is an incredibly updated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome in the heart of Sandestin® with an included golf cart! The interior is meticulously designed with coastal furnishings, window treatments, and artwork with solid flooring throughout the entire home. Gorgeous lake views are enjoyed from the patio year-round and guests are able to cart, walk, or bike to Baytowne Wharf, Sandestin® Resort beach, and Grand Boulevard!

There is a king-sized bed in the huge master bedroom with a gorgeous view of the lake out the back window. The master bedroom has a jaw-dropping private bathroom attached with a walk-in shower.

Another king bed and incredible built-in bunks make up the large guest room with another en-suite full bathroom. The décor is welcoming and makes guests feel at home!

The living room has a sofa and cozy chairs for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room also has a smart TV setup, so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Beachwalk Landing."

This privately-owned home has a large kitchen featuring brand new EVERYTHING! High-end appliances, quartz galore, and plenty of lighting makes this kitchen fully equipped for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available, and the kitchen includes a little sitting bar for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep.

"Beachwalk Landing" is located on the Beachside of the resort of Sandestin® and has easy access to the beach, golf courses, the conference centers, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 0.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door and fully accessible by golf cart!

Please note that there is a DEDICATED pool for only those staying at Beachwalk Villas which requires a code for entry. This is a very nice feature for our guests!

The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with extended family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the brand new golf cart, a washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand, bathroom amenities, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.
