About this place
Enjoy a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Ballard. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our space has all you need to recharge, relax, and enjoy with high-speed internet! Close to an Olympic Athletic Club & Spa for a day of leisure or near many local coffee shops for a quick sit down. Short walking distance from many great restaurants at the Ballard Ave and don't miss the Farmers Market on Sundays!
The space
This is a new spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a full bath, full kitchen, with washer and dryer. Please note, you are not sharing this room in the owner's home. This is like a small historic hotel. You will find it very comfortable, each room is locked and we have a security nearby and a caretaker sleeping on site.

Great location in Ballard. It is a basement apartment under a main house, which I don’t think is noted. The main window in the kitchen has a broken latch so you can’t open it, as well as one of the bedroom lamps, which could be repaired. No other complaints but an instruction manual on how to turn on the oven (I know it’s silly) would’ve been helpful as well because it’s not traditional. Overall: affordable, clean, and spacious!

Great location; awkward interior

Loved the location and the overall cleanliness.But pictures didn’t show it is a basement apartment with little outside light. No comfortable seating; tv is in one bedroom so can only watch from the bed. Awkward!
