Honey House Lake Avalon Escape with private dock & wall-to-wall lake views.

Welcome to our peaceful home on Lake Avalon in Bella Vista. This 3bedroom, 3 bath (with 2 extra beds) lakefront luxury escape is steps away from the back 40 trails & convenient to downtown Bentonville. Play on the lake accessible from our private dock. Wall-to-wall lake views from our enclosed glass sunroom, screened in patio and dining room which offer the perfect setting for lake gazing. We can host 6-8 guests; 1 primary room with King Bed with an en-suite bathroom, Japanese soaking tub and private balcony. 2nd bedroom with queen sized bed and a twin bed with a full bath next to the room. 3rd bedroom downstairs with full sized bed, a kitchenette and full bathroom. For extra guests and more sleeping arrangements, the downstairs living room has a sleeper futon that turns into a double bed and space for an air mattress. The house has 2 living rooms, a play room and all amenities (kayaks, paddle boards and peddle boat) to enjoy the lake. Pup friendly with a few but no parties or events, sorry. Thank you! Your hosts

House was just as pictured and very inviting. It was well maintained for a rental. Located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood also. Great direct view of the lake and numerous places to sit and take in the view. Host was very efficient at responding to messages. I would note that if you want to bring a boat to use on lakes you will need to request a guest pass from the host.

Overall the stay was great! A few minor issues but the owner was quick to respond and help. There was plenty of room and space for our group and the kitchen and house was well stocked. The lake was super clear and fun to bob around in!

Family reunion lake trip

We rented two houses to accommodate a large family reunion. This house was better than advertised. The water views and access were amazing. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Loved the two porches and great kitchen. We used the lake a lot and all the provided kayaks were perfect. Nothing to complain about at all but the driveway is steep!!! No issues with that but give it some gas to get up to the street.

Property was clean and as advertised except the stand up paddle board had a leak and was not functional. The property manager was easy to reach and responded quickly. She let us know that the paddle board had been damaged by the previous renters and a replacement was ordered. The foosball table was a hit with our kids (and whole family). There were 6 kayaks (3 were kid size) which we really enjoyed. Lake Avalon is great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home on Peaceful Lake Avalon!!

Great family vacation spot! This home checks all the boxes: clean, updated decor, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable bedrooms, perfect location on quiet lake and easy communication with owner. We enjoyed swimming right off the dock, kayaking, fishing, Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, golfing, a visit to the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, shopping & dinner in nearby Bentonville. Highly recommend Honey House for a relaxing getaway!!

Amazing Lake House

We would highly recommend this rental on beautiful Lake Avalon! The lake house is very clean and organized. It was lovely to have access to the kayaks and all the extra items that really made our vacation complete. We really appreciated that everything was in working order and nothing was broken or missing pieces. The interior of the house was very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We definitely didn't want our vacation to end!

Loved our stay!

The house is beautiful and was big enough for all of our family, plus one pet! We enjoyed the dock, although it was a little too cold for swimming. We kayaked and paddle boarded. Lovely, small lake! We had a great time!

Great location

We were pleasantly surprised at the ease of being able to jump in the water and use the kayaks and stand up boards. The beds and bedding were comfortable. We would have preferred twin beds in one of the rooms, but we made it work. All items were available in the kitchen and there wasn't anything missing as far as being able to function and live comfortably for the time we were there. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation where lots of wonderful memories were made.

Beautiful right on the lake

Impressive Lake views with beautiful upgraded home. Loved the gourmet kitchen and back porch and yard for hosting family! Big Main bedroom with lovely main bathroom. Very clean with more amenities than most other VRBO homes.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

With limited to no experience, we decided to renovate this 70's lake house in Bella Vista. We stripped it to the bare studs an remodeled it, keeping the unique architectural features like the vaulted ceiling and unique light penetrations and added our own personal touch to it. It was a 2 year labor of love project and decided we wanted others to experience it as we did.

What is unique about this house is when first entering, it feels like walking onto the lake. On a sunny day, the natural light comes in from different directions which puts you in a relaxed state right away and draws your attention to the wall-to-wall lake views. Everything about this house was designed for lake life with so many different areas to hangout; from the dock, the screened in patio, the sunroom, the dinning nook and the downstairs game room; its so easy to enjoy all the features.
