♦This is a NON Smoking home. If any smoking is found inside the house, there will be a $500 fine. There is plenty of patio, use that please! :)
♦No pets allowed at any time.
♦Absolutely NO Parties or events.
♦No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
♦We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the front door and the driveway which record video and audio. There is also a smart home device (Minut) in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels, but in no way records audio or video.
♦ We ask that once you run out of the provided supplies/toiletries, you please buy your own.
