Welcome to this fantastic house in Mesa. This property boasts 5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 4 queen beds, perfect for a large group of guests. With 3.5 bathrooms equipped with amenities like bathtubs and double sinks, everyone will feel comfortable and pampered. Additionally, the loft features a sofa bed and two rollaway twin beds. Downstairs, the fun begins with a foosball table for the teens (and adults ;). The kitchen had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Jeralyn was very responsive when we had questions or requests, especially with requests to heat the hot tub. We had a wonderful family vacation and will likely stay again.

The overall stay was absolutely fantastic! My only slight complaint would be that the house might need a slight deep cleaning. The baseboards in the downstairs area were pretty dirty and the air vents could also use some wiping down. Everything else was tip top!

With our three young adults nephews & nieces coming to visit my spouse abd me, this home provided the perfect space. Plenty of bathrooms & bedrooms for privacy and breathing room, foosball & the putting green for easy pick up games, and a great pool & slide to enjoy the sunny weather. Check-in was easy, the checkout list was short and easy, and the host was very responsive when we reached out with a question. The area has plenty of new restaurants and shopping to be enjoyed and even provides easy freeway access. A well equipped kitchen and PLENTY of towels and bedding rounded it out. Winner!

Beautiful home with a great backyard, pool, hot tub, putting area and grill. Perfect for three families to stay during soccer tournament with fields just 10 minutes away. Our host was phenomenal, stayed in close contact was easily accessible and handled our questions rapidly! I would highly recommend this property and will return for next year soccer tournament!

This house and host were fantastic! We had to make quick trip plans and several times had to change things up. The host was so accommodating and made us feel so welcome in this home. It was a great space for our family to be together and to enjoy one another.

The host was very accomodating. The house was perfect for 14 of us. Loved having the pool, hot tub, and mini golf. The pool and spa cannot heat at the same time. And we used the slide minimally as it was a little loud and the water going back into the pool cools it down faster. Would recommend a schedule for spa heat vs pool heat to make it easier. The indoor space is open and also echos a bit, so with alot of kids, got loud quickly. It was a bit cooler during our stay so couldnt always convince them to go outside, but the outdoor spaces and upstairs loft helped separate for noise. Had a lovely time and were grateful for a great house to stay in! :)

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re truly glad you had a wonderful time and that the home worked well for your group of 14. For clarification for future guests: the pool and spa do share the same heating system (which is common for attached setups), so they cannot actively heat at the exact same time. However, they *can* absolutely be used at the same time. We typically preheat the pool in advance so that guests can enjoy the spa throughout the day without significantly affecting the pool temperature. We generally leave the schedule open-ended to allow for flexibility in use for our varying groups of guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience. Our family enjoyed this so much! It was like staying at a resort. The pool was amazing, the putting green was fun and the foosball offered some great laughs. We were able to enjoy sitting around the kitchen table together and reminiscing and we were all able to stay comfortably together with plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The host did a great job of anticipating what folks would need. I highly recommend and would stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! We traveled with two other families for youth sports, and the house was perfect for our group. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. The pool, it's waterfall and slide, and the spa we're great!The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating! She graciously allowed us an early arrival and a late departure to help accommodate our travel schedules, which made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.
