Within this 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, you will find a beautiful kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, cabinets and quartz countertops. In the dining room, you can enjoy meals at the high-top table that seats 8, in addition to 4 seats at the breakfast bar.

Looking for some quiet outdoor time? Enjoy it right on the property with two different options. In the front of the home you will find a private, furnished patio; or head to the back of the unit to enjoy our semiprivate area with outdoor dining space and a gas grill.

When you decide to take a break for experiencing our beaches, waterways, town or attractions, relax in the living room with a large smart TV and comfy seating.

At the end of your day, sleep well in one of the 2 king bedrooms or the queen bedroom, all with new mattresses. All the bedding within the unit is fully cleaned between every guest, including every blanket, comforter, sheet, pillowcase and pillow protector.

Awesome stay in Saugatuck

Beautiful rental and it was perfect for the 6 adults that were in my group. Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful courtyard but we spent every morning on the front porch. Close walk to downtown. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway! Hoping

Very impressed with the property! Everything was perfect! We loved how clean it was and how very organized it was in the bathrooms and kitchen. It was obvious you guys have excellence as a standard and it shows. The only thing I would suggest is that if you have some extra money laying around you should update the showers :-))Overall the property is awesome!!!!

Awesome Place!

This home was exactly what we were looking for... updated, clean, and an easy walk to the shops, bars, and restaurants on Butler and Water street; it is exactly as pictured. Communication was great - we had a few questions and were looking for a few suggestions while we were there and response was very prompt with great options. We plan to revisit the area and will definitely stay here again! There are additional units available to rent if you have a larger group; we'll take advantage of that option on our repeat stay!

The house was clean and a great location! Perfect place for a girls’ trip. Not sure about the limited parking. I was glad no one was there in the other 3 parking spots. Would stay there again though!
