Modern Chic House Near SF, SFO!

Welcome to the beautiful modern home in the south San Francisco hills! There are nice big windows in the home, a sunny backyard, spacious and renovated rooms and bathrooms, and a little patio off the kitchen to have your tea and coffee. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and you are a quick drive away to San Francisco or other towns in the Peninsula and South bay!

There are 4 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a queen air mattress that can fit 2 more people. The are also 2.5 bathrooms - one downstairs and 1.5 jack and jill bathroom connected to the master and hallway.

Pets are allowed - $100/per stay and if the cleaners have to do extra cleaning after your stay due to your pet (hair, not picking up after your pet, etc..), there may be extra charges. Our washer and dryer aren’t available for public use, but if you need to do laundry, just send us a message. The washer is in the garage and can be used for a $35 fee.

Great place to stay

The property is beautiful, all newly renovated, clean and even has a view of South San Francisco. It’s a little farther from the center of San Francisco but it’s definitely worth the drive.

We had such a great stay! The house was super clean and tidy, and communication was easy and friendly. Having a bit more kitchenware would be nice, and it would also help to know upfront that the washing machine is available for a small fee.All in all, an awesome experience – we’d definitely come back!

This is a great area and a nice house but it does not have the supplies for 8 people to eat and drink especially if you plan on cooking.

Perfect Place!

Can't say enough good things: safe, comfortable, modern, clean, well stocked, comfy beds, scenic view. Our party of 8 had a great family reunion and really enjoyed at this property. We also had ample off street parking for both our cars.

Enjoyable Birthday Trip

This was a great place for a birthday trip with our daughter, son-in-law, and friends. The house is spacious and comfortable. After long, busy days it was nice to have some enjoyable restaurants nearby. It was perfect for our adult group.

Great place!

This place was very well-appointed, comfortable and clean. I stayed here with my 5 month old, 2 year old, husband and my father and it had everything we needed and more. I was impressed with the communication from the owner. A few things came up throughout our stay and Kristina and her team were onto it straight away. We would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular! is the word that comes to mind with my stay. First of all, kudos to Kristina for the communicating well and giving my family and I an easy check in. This property is up on a hill, which gives a great view of hills and the city below. The neighborhood is in a quiet area with few neighbors. The commute to downtown South San Francisco was easy as it was only a few minutes away. The travel to San Francisco was also only about 10 to 15 minutes away, depending where you're going. The inside was very comfortable and the kitchen was awesome! Even though my family and I went out to eat all weekend, we were able to enjoy morning coffee together, thanks to the Keurig and coffee maker. And did I mention about the views!! This is a great property to stay, even just for a weekend. I will definitely stay here again, but next time a longer stay.Thank you again Kristina for the ease of the check in and communicating well.
