This beachfront home delivers what matters most: location, privacy, and effortless beach living. Situated directly on the sand at the quiet end of Crystal Beach, the property offers sweeping Gulf views, a private fenced pool (heated for an additional fee), and easy access to what feels like a private stretch of shoreline.

The open-concept interior looks out over the Gulf and is designed for families and groups to gather comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island makes meals easy and enjoyable, whether you’re cooking fresh seafood or gathering for sunset drinks.

Outdoor living shines here, with covered dining, lounge seating, a charcoal grill, and a cold-water outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days. Parking is easy with space for up to five vehicles, and streaming-ready TVs keep evenings relaxed after full days in the sun.

This is a favorite for repeat guests seeking a peaceful beachfront escape with the rare combination of pool, views, and true walk-out beach access.
Please note, depending on the season, we do charge $25/night to heat the pool.

The home had beautiful decor and an amazing swimming pool, perfectly set on a quiet beachfront. Although we experienced some maintenance issues, my family and I made wonderful memories together. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Location was good, pool was nice. Other than that we were pretty disappointed especially for the amount we paid. The house was overall extremely dirty. It seems they sweep and wipe counters and then move on to the next guest. Pictures below of under beds, fridge, behind toilets etc The beds in bunk room were very dirty with sand and hair all over blankets and sheets. One bed had blood spots on the sheets. It fif not seem bedding was actually washed after the last guest. My iids all slept in the living room as they refused to sleep on those bedsAside from that we had several other issues. Although not the owners fault wr had no water for quite some time one day. The gollowint day one of the toilets stopped working and we had to wait several hours for maint. We continued to have issues on and off with the toilets the rest of the trip. Sometimes they flush others they seem clogged and take several hours to go down. Other issues were the supplies. The gas grill does not work, no soaps in bathrooms, no coffee other than beans which there was no grinder for, 1 sheet pan, very few cups, not a single cleaning spray to clean counters etc, most of what the house claimrd to come with was not actually provided. The kitchen sink leaked and rhey had a bowl under to catch water which made the kitchen smell especially close to the sink. Overall the house needs aahor deep cleaning, and supplies need to be restocked to actually provide what they claim. Again for the price we expected much .

Beautiful Beachfront House with Private Pool

We had a wondeful, relaxing stay. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us. We spent most of the time on the deck watching the waves, and our kids spent their time in the pool. We were sad when our departure date came and are looking forward to visiting again.

Excellent Property

My family and I stayed at this property and it was exactly as described. Access to the beach was quick and easy and the pool was amazing. The location of the property on the beach was great and we didn’t have a huge crowd to fight every time we went to the beach. We had three small children 5,3 and 10 months and the house was very accommodating for the kids. We look forward to staying here again.

Fantastic Value

We are a middle aged couple who bring 2 adult daughters to the coast every October. We like to just have a quiet nature watch. This is the best house we have stayed in. October can often be random in temperature, but was warm this time and we loved the pool. The floor plan is wide instead of deep, allowing for a huge balcony and lots of interior light. Every handrail on stairs, balcony and pool deck is of non-splinter material. The place is very well equipped. The downloadable instruction app is clever. The location is peaceful. Highly recommended.

Great vacation

My family enjoyed our stay tremendously. There was lots to do inside the home for the kids and outside with the pool and beach. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Riviera Paradise! It really is a little piece of paradise! The house is gorgeous with everything you need for a great stay! The pool was a wonderful break from the sand - so clean and sparklely! We can’t wait to go back!!
