One Amazing View - Front de mer

Profitez de vos vacances dans notre maison 5/3 nouvellement construite qui peut accueillir 24 personnes confortablement (sans compter le canapé-lit). Les deux chambres en bord de plage ont des lits king. Tous les autres ont des lits superposés intégrés. Nous avons conçu la disposition pour s'adapter confortablement à notre grande famille et accueillir un grand groupe. Nous avons inclus toutes les commodités que vous attendez d'une maison de plage vraiment géniale et quelques-unes que vous n'attendriez jamais.
Nous avons fourni des choses telles que des barrières de verrouillage sur la terrasse (pour protéger les petits enfants), un "pack-n-play" pour les bébés, de nombreux hamacs, balançoires et meubles de pont, de nombreux jeux extérieurs et intérieurs, satellite Télévision et films (dans toutes les chambres), un four double intégré et une plaque de cuisson extra large, une machine à glaçons auxiliaire, un barbecue au propane et un bar spacieux en bas, des douches extérieures, des chaises et des tables pour les petites fêtes de mariage, et bien d'autres articles aussi nombreux à mentionner. Nous avons même notre propre dune privée pour un accès direct à la plage!

This really is a perfect spot for a getaway. Everything you need is there, and the house is incredible. I go to Crystal Beach every year for my birthday and this is the best location. Perfect for entertaining, lounging, playing, watersports, etc. The manager/owner is super easy to work with and all communication was perfect.

10/10/on this beachfront, family-friendly house! With a very responsive host! Everything was just as described. The back deck was our favorite--so beautiful listening to/watching the waves with a consistent breeze--and completely enclosed and safe for our littles to roam and play! With a large table for playing games, a swinging bed for napping, and plenty of chairs to just sit and chat. All bedrooms & the kitchen were fully stocked for every need. Seriously--you could come with a bathing suit and toothbrush and the rest is there! Things I wished I'd known--it's all one level. All 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen & laundry are all on the upper level (as are most of the beach houses in the area). Also, the eating area is just the wrap-around kitchen island--there's not a separate dining table inside (but there is one out on the deck). And the cooktop is induction--we had never used one and had to consult Google on how to get that to work :) In the open area under the house, there is an outdoor shower and another fun deck area with swings. Plus the owner is SO generous with all of the beach toys! And there are multiple ways to wash off the sand--I loved the spigot right at the base of the stairs to wash feet one more time before climbing the steps into the house! Things I didn't know (that have nothing to do with the house)--seaweed & bacteria count! The seaweed was abundant, but the city bulldozes it often. And consult texasbeachwatch.com for water bacteria!

Amazing property

Amazing property and right on the beach. Second time renting this place and highly recommended. However, there was an issue where we did not have power for one night. It was a faulty main breaker but host was able to get it fix the following morning. We were in constant communication throughout the night.

This place is just as described. Think of something you need and they have it! Kitchen aid mixer, blender, crockpot, toys for the beach, everything!! We had a family of 22 and we fit comfortably. The view is really amazing.

The house is exactly what is called AMAZING. We had our wedding here, and it was perfection! Our family and friends stayed total of 20 people, and there was plenty of room plus some for all of us. The owners were fantastic, easy to talk to, and easy to work with. Our whole group was not ready to leave, we are planning our return trip already!

Went here for a family get together. The host has thought of almost everything. The view is truly amazing. House was carefully thought out for large gatherings. There's a lot of thoughtful surprises and I will leave it for you guys to find out but it is truly a lovely place. We will be back each year!

Growing up in southeast Texas, the beach is the most cherished vacation spot for our family. We designed and built this home to accommodate the needs of our large family and it serves as our vacation home when not in rental service. It's loaded with features that make a large family gathering fun and safe.
You'll find spices in cabinets, linens on the beds, and maybe some Blue Bell Ice Cream in the freezer. Just bring a bathing suit and some extra clothes. Everything else you need is here.

We've provided such things as locking gates on the sun deck (to protect the small kiddos), a "pack-n-play" for babies, plenty of hammocks, swings, and deck furniture, loads of outdoor and indoor games, satellite TV and movies (in all the rooms), a built-in double oven and extra large stove top, auxiliary ice maker, propane grill and spacious bar area downstairs, outdoor showers, and many more items too numerous to mention. You'll truly be impressed by the family friendly features we provide!
