A Dream Vacation for Two awaits YOU at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club Unit #722, located on Holiday Isle in Destin, FL! This Beautiful Top Floor (7th) the west facing one bedroom Penthouse condo has a view that is hard to match anywhere! Overlooking the White Sands and Emerald Green Waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Get your cameras ready to capture some of the most beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets anywhere! Enjoy early morning strolls or moonlit walks with the warm Emerald Green salty waters kissing your toes. You can also just relax on your private balcony and watch Dolphins swim by, Ospreys and Pelicans diving for dinner. It is peaceful to sit on your balcony and watch the waves come in.

During the summer months weekly fireworks can be seen from your balcony or on the beach. Managed by Holiday Surf and Racquet Club this Penthouse Condo has been REDESIGNED and COMPLETELY REMODELED. From the moment you step into this condo you get a view straight to the Emerald Green Water. It is conveniently located directly on the beach on the quiet end side of Holiday Isle. It is a gated facility a private beach, near restaurants, shopping outlets and plenty of amusement facilities. Holiday Surf & Racquet Club hosts a list of amenities such as Private Beach, Seasonally Heated Pool, 2 Tennis/Pickleball Courts, 2 Shuffleboard Courts, Free Equipment Rentals, Fitness Center, Sauna, Laundry Facilities, Charcoal Grilling Areas and a Business Center.

We offer COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE (March 1 – Oct 30) including 1 umbrella and 2 chairs each day of your stay, Linen Exchange and BEACH THERAPY!
This condo accommodates 2 adults only, and is a 5-night minimum, short vacation rental between May 20 to Aug 5, unless there is an opening less than 5 nights. There is a 3-night minimum stay during other rental periods.
This complex is non-smoking and is NOT pet friendly. Owner of unit 722 is also HIGHLY allergic to animals.

Great restaurant visits were to Louisiana Laniappe and Harbor Tavern(3 times). Grilled out a couple of times. Some nice additions would be a tea-kettle to heat water and improved internet connection. Highly recommend #722 and will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Condo on 7th Floor

I like this unit. It is nicely maintained, clean and has a wonderful view. I like relaxing on the balcony watching the sunset. Of course the entire complex is on the beach so doesn't get more convenient than that.

The patio offered a fantastic view of the sunsets. We did not get to use the free beach service in that it started March 1. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is very clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming and fun. We stayed 2 weeks and would definitely recommend this unit and property.

The unit is very nice with just about everything you need for your stay. the unit has amazing views and is very comfortable. My only critic would be that I of liked better cookware, such as pan. We stay for two weeks and it was difficult to prepare a few items. Overall this is a great unit.

Beautiful Place to stay

Saw many dolphins, herons and even a shark.Bathroom was beautiful and bed was comfy.Everything in the kitchen you could need. Even found more pots and pans in the tv cabinet. They even had an egg poaching pan - It was great - I bought one when I got home. Picture shows a regular coffee maker, so we brought regular coffee. But when we got there it was a Keurig. We didn't bring any so we had to go out and buy some the next morning. - On our last day I did find the regular coffee maker under the sink, Oh well. We would definitely stay here again

Best view in Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful trip. The room was very nice. The views off porch are wonderful. You could even see the fireworks from the back patio The only thing is the umbrella rentals and having to claim to make sure a front seat. I can see both sides of the story but it’s a hassle. First trip there in forty years plus and it’s the same as I remembered it. It has many pros that make it a great convenience being close to everything. The east jetty always has the magic with all of the cool boats and the sunset cruises that come out. This room offers 2 people a quiet stay with a perfect view to wake up to with a cup of coffee. Going back in October so that tells you it’s a great place to stay in Destin. And get engaged on the the beach so it was a memorable trip to my fiancé and me.

Overall great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This space was very clean with great function! The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to cook and prepare meals minus the groceries. The views were amazing from the balcony. The beach service was convenient and the staff were very helpful! The one hiccup we had was upon arrival...our deadbolt was not functional. Check in was after 4 so by the time we got there to unload everything and get settled in, it was a bit unnerving to need to leave with no way to secure our luggage...etc to go get food to stock the kitchen for the next days or food for the night. It was also inconvenient to not be able to leave the room to even take a walk on the beach knowing we couldn’t secure our unit. I was a bit frustrated knowing that check out time is at 10 am and we couldn’t check in until after 4pm and this was the first problem we encountered upon arrival. I felt like this was a very important maintenance problem that should have been fixed prior to our arrival, knowing the unit was going to be occupied for the week. We notified the staff and they attempted to call the after hours locksmith team who did not respond after multiple calls. I felt the staff did as best they could and offered their support and needless to say we had the maintenance guy arrive first thing the next morning and this was fixed. We thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay without any additional hiccups. The WiFi in the unit was not initially working due to incorrect login info. This was easily corrected upon our arrival and was never really a problem. We enjoyed our experience here and despite the initial problem with the lock we would definitely stay here again! It was a great family atmosphere!

Best Sunset View/Balcony in the Complex
