The owners of this property thought of every detail. We felt right at home. Comfortable beds. Nice views of the lake and very walkable to downtown, which has some cute stores, yummy coffee shop and great restaurants. We would highly recommend this stay if you are in the Waconia area.

I highly recommend this lovely home if you find yourself in Waconia. All of the furniture is comfortable, views are beautiful, and the hosts have stocked the house with extras. You can walk all around the charming town- we had a wonderful stay.

I went Waconia with my friends for a girl’s weekend and stayed at Andy and Gail’s Lake Street Retreat. They keep it clean, up to date and well stocked. They even have yoga matts for guest use. The location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants and cute shops. The view of the lake is wonderful. All over its a great place to stay for a weekend or longer!

This property was fantastic! It had everything that guests would need and MORE. The home has been renovated to a beautiful-fun vibe. Very clean and well appointed. So many fun things from children’s books/other books, records,foosball table, Large TV’s, Artroom
too many to name all the extras. Highly recommend- close to downtown, parks, not far from Waconia beach. Waconia is a lovely town and the owners were very attentive and helpful.

Fantastic Stay in Waconia

Our family of 6 very much enjoyed our stay here, it’s one of those properties where they have literally thought of everything you might need and is well stocked. We played games, watched movies, could walk to downtown and the local beach was 5 mins away. Owners are super nice and easy to contact, even personally called me to check during our stay which was a nice touch. Kids had a blast, and we made meals, house was very clean and comfortable, appreciated the amenities and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Welcoming, clean house in a great location near lake. Very comfortable and laid out nicely. Five adults and two grandkids all had a good time. Great location to coffee, bakeries, restaurants, pubs, etc. Very quiet.

Bright Friendly and Welcome!

Everything about our stay in this wonderful Lake View location made us feel welcome and happy. After a 12 hour drive just walking through the door made us feel like we were home and relaxed. The brightness of the decorating drew us in and lifted our spirits for the entire stay. The updating of the well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and interior was a delight. This hosts of this VRBO were very thoughtful of their guests as we kept finding nice surprises with the accommodations. This all added to our satisfaction. The Lake View provided stunning sunsets that seemed to carry into the unit through generous windows. A bonus was the friendliness of the neighbors and others who would walk past Lake View and stop and chat. We have family in Waconia and have found our home for future visits.

50 Birthday Girl Get Together

We were looking for a place in the area for family and friends to get together, relax and celebrate my sister's 50th birthday, and the Lake Street Retreat was perfect. The house was beautifully decorated with tons of special touches. The beds were very comfortable, everything was wonderful.

We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Andy & Gail Haering. We have been real estate agents for a long time and brought our experience into the design & set up of this home. We love traveling, decorating , gardening, bicycling and relaxing with a good book. We are cooking enthusiasts. So we set up the kitchen with cookware, utensils, dishes and small appliances to make it fun to cook.
We love renting VRBOs when we travel and have put together what we would want in a home we rent in an effort to create a 5 star stay for our clients.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Waconia is a charming lake town with many fun amenities within blocks. We have comfortable beds, lots of nice kitchen equipment, super nice cookware & small appliances and well stocked supplies. Our beverage station is top notch. We have 4 fondue pots. The bathrooms have all the basics supplied. The home has soft water & great water pressure. We have a living room, family room & art studio. The home is stocked with games, books, yoga equipment, hand weights & more. Each bedroom has white noise machines & essential oil diffusers. There is a washer & dryer. We work hard to offer a very clean home for your stay.
