Super location avec quatre chambres et trois salles de bains sur 4 hectares dans la belle Chanhassen, Minnesota. Moins d'un mile de Paisley Park. Seulement 3 miles de Hazeltine Golf Club, très proche du transport pour le PGA Femmes.

Cette maison a 2 chambres à coucher principales et une cuisine mise à jour avec les nouvelles armoires et les comptoirs en granit. Cuisine à aire ouverte, coin repas et salle familiale, ainsi qu'une salle familiale supplémentaire. Toutes les salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées. Réduction pour les locations plus longues, jusqu'à un ou deux mois. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 adultes dans des lits et deux enfants (sur un futon).

Il y a une terrasse avec barbecue, un foyer et deux acres d'herbe, le reste est boisé. L'allée dispose d'un grand parking. Profitez du foyer et les enfants peuvent courir dans les bois.

La maison a deux marches pour accéder à la maison et sept marches pour aller au niveau principal à l'intérieur ou sept marches pour descendre au niveau inférieur.

Nous sommes à 19 miles de Minneapolis / St. Paul International Airport et à 16 miles du centre commercial Mall of America. Près du centre-ville de Minneapolis, à environ 30 minutes en voiture.

Group of 8 with kids and 2 dogs. Terri and Dave were so welcoming. Any and all problem that came up they were there right away to fix it. Terri checked in daily to see if we needed anything and left lots of suggestions and places to eat. Peaceful and quite away from heavy traffic. And got to see a group of turkeys and a herd of deers. If we come back for a trip to Minneapolis would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the property hosted by Terri. At check-in Terri gave us a tour of the property to ensure all questions we may have had were answered and she left us a platter of delicious homemade cookies. The home was extremely clean and very comfortable. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided and it was very pet friendly. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Minnesota!! We highly recommend it!

Great location and home

Have a wonderful time in Chanhassen for my nephew's graduation party. The home was perfect for our extended weekend. Lots of space to hang out at the house when we were not out and about.

The property is clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for large groups. We had wild turkeys come visit us every morning! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and not far from anywhere you want to go. Would stay there again without hesitation.

This was a wonderful property for our gathering of old college friends. The home is spacious, comfortable, and set on a beautiful property. This home was a fabulous stay with all amenities available. Nice and clean, comfortable living space and beds. Even with easy access and a busier road, the house is tucked back in a wooded area with beautiful scenery. It was great to see the turkeys and deer come to the feeders. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Terri was always available and checked in a couple of times to see if we needed anything and were good! ;)

Lake Minnetonka family vacation!

The house was big and laid out so nine adults and four kids were not on top of each other. Plenty of room for the kids to run around outside. We love the fire pit and the wildlife. The host were very welcoming. Would recommend this house for large groups. Short drive to mall of America and Lake Minnetonka.

My husband and I live in Chanhassen and the property listed is our second home. We have two grown children and five grandchildren. We are both retired from the financial industry. We have lived in Chanhassen since 1991 and love it here! We enjoy renting to others and making their stay the best possible.

Chanhassen is a great community, near everything in the Minneapolis area. Enjoy time on the deck overlooking the wooded lot, sit by the firepit at night and relax in the open concept living area. Close to Paisley Park, Mall of America, three lakes and much more.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Very private large property. Great layout for families of 8 to 10 people. The lower level master bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size bed works great for couples with kids or teenagers. Sleeps 10 adults (1 bedroom has twin sleep number beds.)
