Great location if you are attending events on Lake Minnetonka. Two separate gathering areas means the generations can have their own space. Our party of six consisted of two parents and grandparent (upper level) and three 20-24 yr olds (lower level). The layout was perfect for this group. Host responds very quickly.

Kevin/Host was very responsive to all communication at times within minutes of sending a message. House very spacious images posted on the VRBO very accurate. Host informed me of an issue with an outside door that happened prior to our arrival but unfortunately was not able to be fixed until after we left other than that property is very nice. Very clean home. I would stay there again. Pet friendly. On a numerical scale I give it a 9 out 10.

It speaks for itself that we chose to stay a second time at this Vrbo in Minnetonka. The rooms are quite comfortable, clean and spacious and the setting overlooking the wetlands is idyllic. The location gave us easy access to whatever direction we were taking for the days activities. Our host was available for the couple questions we had.
