With its spacious and modern design, It features three bedrooms, five beds (one king, four queens), three full bathrooms, a half bath, and a washer/dryer. Plus, enjoy free parking in the two-car garage. The house is situated just a short drive from Broadway's lively nightlife scene and numerous East Nashville restaurants and bars, making it an ideal home base for your Nashville adventure.

This is a cozy, spacious & quiet home. Tons of space - perfect for large groups or for anyone traveling alone on business. Plenty of FREE parking at the house. You are close to several notable East Nashville establishments where you can find some of the best food, drinks, and coffee all within Nashville! The convenience factor is also a major highlight as it is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to nearly anywhere in the city! The house comes equipped with a washer/dryer, high-speed internet and smart TV that include all the apps you would want.

Vibrant East Nashville will be right at your fingertips and you're only a short Uber/Lyft ride away from anywhere in the city! You will have 100% access to this home. There is a keypad entry, so no keys to worry about and easy access into the home.

Please ask us about early check-in or late checkout. If our cleaners are able to accommodate, there is $55 (plus tax) charge.

Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests. Please do NOT use the towels to remove your make-up or the linen clean-up will get charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towels! Please also do not water any plants in the home.

If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will also be charged for the cleanup.

Booking guests must be a minimum of 21 years old.

NashBash Stay

I booked the house last year and was so happy this was the location I selected! It was a great location and close to everything for us to Lyft from or drive our personal vehicle. The home was spacious, clean, and adorable! The balcony patio was enjoyable in the morning and all the natural lighting coming through was great too! The bonus was having 3.5 bathrooms since we had a large group. The host was fun and easy to talk to and check in with! Also appreciate the list of restaurants, made it easier to pick somewhere if other places were too packed.Definitely will stay here in the future with family and or friends!

Nashville night on the town

We arrived for a show at the pinnacle and all came from 4 different states. We arrived just a little early and were able to communicate with the property manager to get an early checkin. The weather was a bit wet on arrival, but with a garage to unload in it made for a comfortable unload and settle in. With 7 of us total the property had plenty of beds for sleeping and the common room made for a nice late night hang out after the show. So glad we found this listing, would definitely recommend if a group is looking to do anything in Nashville as location to downtown is great.

Nice clean place

Place is really nice and clean. It is a lot of stairs though so if you have somebody in not good shape- this is not the place. Overall it’s a nice place. The only bad thing I have to say is I wish check in process was easier. I would have expected to get a check in and check out information/process/code the morning of check in but we didn’t get it until 4:01 right on the dot.

Girls trip

We loved the house, all the space and location to everything we needed to get to. Suggestions: more towels and washclothes, dishcloths to wipe counters down. Maybe a notebook with important info, such as wifi password (for when vrbo wont let you in), where to take trash when full. It seemed like each bedroom had a tv by items found in rooms but only 1 bedroom did. We would have loved a ceiling in all bedrooms not just 1. 1 thing to fix: the 1/2 bath door is hard to open and shut. Almost like the door is swollen. Definitely would stay here again.

It worked

The property worked for us. I loved all the space in the rental but I feel like the cleaning stuff in not taking the best care of it. There is mildew all over the third floor bathroom, stains on the outside cushions, spills running down the the walls, the batteries in remotes do not work and there was laundry from previous guest in the drier. The other bathrooms seemed clean and the bedrooms were nice.
