4BR 4 + BA avec 9 lits Le Grand Ole Bungalow est à seulement 8 minutes du centre-ville

Nous avons ajouté un spa extérieur sur le patio privé éclairé. Cuisine entièrement rénovée, équipée de comptoirs en granit, d'armoires personnalisées, de nouveaux appareils et d'un barbecue dans la cour arrière. Café Keurig et fournitures!
toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux lits queen Serta et une suite parentale à l'étage principal et deux grandes chambres à l'étage avec 4 lits queen supplémentaires et un jumeau supplémentaire! Toute la maison a internet wifi et une chaîne de télévision premium dans la vie avec canapé-lit queen et inclinable Lazyboy. Salle à manger avec table hauteur bar de la cuisine et sous-sol avec laveuse et sécheuse disponible pour les longs séjours. il y a un bain supplémentaire au rez-de-chaussée pour la vaisselle et le toilettage.

Très bien situé dans un quartier calme juste à côté de I-24 et Briley Parkway près de Berry Hill, Centre-ville, les Stades et Vanderbilt, et à 10 minutes de l'aéroport, le zoo ou un facile 15 à Opryland!

NOTE: Ceci a été récemment entièrement rénové et terminé à la mi-juin 2019! Cela va ajouter une chambre bonus avec 4 autres chambres et 4. 25 salle de bains.

Ce charmant bungalow 4BR a été récemment rénové avec de nouveaux lits, de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, un nouveau bain en carrelage et les travaux! 3 des salles de bains ont des planchers chauffants !!
La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes confortablement! Tarifs hebdomadaires et mensuels disponibles!

S'il vous plaît noter: Il n'y a absolument pas de fumer à l'intérieur de la maison et que nous observons en dehors des heures calmes de l'obscurité à 9h00.

The bungalow was spacious but felt cozy. The kitchen was set up pretty good for the cooking that we did. We had fun playing pool and the weather was perfectly cold!!!!

This is an older home that was updated and sleeps lots of people, giving private space to four families, which worked great for our group of five. The location was perfect for our Opryland conference destination. The neighborhood was very quiet and the host was thorough in all communications and responded quickly. Good value for the price of the stay.

We stayed here with three couples and two kids, and it was absolutely perfect for our group! The ping pong table and arcade machine were a huge hit with everyone — great for some fun competition in the evenings. The neighborhood is adorable and the neighbors were so friendly, which made it feel extra welcoming.It’s an older home, so there are some little signs of age like stains here and there, but honestly, that just added to the charm and character. The water pressure in the showers was amazing (a definite plus after long days out!), and the owners were very responsive whenever we had questions.The hot tub worked great, though we couldn’t quite figure out how to make it hotter — I’m sure if we had asked, they would have helped us right away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back again!

Right away upon entry we were disappointed in the old musty smell of the home. It was pretty much dirty overall, sticky floors, old smelly towels, dirty bathrooms, shower tiles cracked and moldy, every area had dust that seemed to have been gathering for quite sometime, dishes in the dishwasher… The beds downstairs were old and wore out as well as the furniture in the living room. The comforter on my bed had a hole in, it and the sheets were flipped making me think the may had just been flipped over from the last guests instead of changed. The water in the hot tub appeared to be clean and clear however, the chemical imbalance was overpowering. There is a basement with an entry through the living room where some of that powerful stench was coming from. The upstairs and the furniture was much nicer. The children’s game room was a lot of fun for them. There are however, a couple doors where there are entries into the attic. Not good for parents who have inquisitive children. It was a quiet neighborhood and easy to get response from the hosts. However, they did message and let us know they needed to get something out of their garage outback if that was ok and let us know when they were on the property getting the trash for pickup, I believe the next day. We did not have as many guests and the host refunded the charge for those guests that were not able to make it. It was a roomy home with a lot of space for guests as advertised. The cleanliness will keep us from staying again.

really loved this property. we were a group of 5 siblings all in our 60's and 70's. 3 bedrooms downstairs, which was fantastic for us. The upstairs was spacious with lots of beds. Property was clean and air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside area. The agents were very accommodating and they responded quickly to any texts. Would highly recommend this property.
