Our lovely 2-bedroom condo is perfect for your escape to Nashville! With 2 king beds and 2 renovated bathrooms, this ground floor property offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra space.

*Located on 1st Ave on the water, enjoy relaxing views of the river! Just walk out the front door to the greenway walking trail to access all that Nashville has to offer, including world-famous Broadway and honky-tonk bars and nightlife!

*20 minute walk or a cheap Uber/Lyft/taxi to Broadway, Rymean Theater, etc! On a recent Friday night, a standard Uber to Broadway was $7.99, while an XL for 6 people was $17.

*Two blocks to Germantown and the baseball stadium; walk to Jonthan's Grille (sports bar), Social Cantina, Toastique, Third and Home sports bar, Tailgate Brewery, Far Better Distillery, and more!

Nice location with great parking! Walked multiple times to Broadway and other sites. Fun to see the woodchuck living by the river. Host was very responsive. Furniture is a little worn but would stay there again.

Great location, nice place, easy parking. We had few hiccups after checking in but it was something the host had no control over . She was quick to respond and very helpful with the issue. I would stay here again.

Parking was easy. No laundry in condo (in a separate area as a shared laundry facility). Fitness room (which was important to us) was poor at best. The treadmill was broken and very few weights. Horrendous sewage smell in morning but may be due to a drain trap being dried out….we ran water in all sinks/showers and smell did not come back. Homeless were sleeping in parking lot outside condo and we did not feel safe with that. Sitting area (living room?) was not well arranged for watching TV. Lots of noise from the condo unit above us…. Woke us late night and early morning.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you that you did not enjoy the gym - most guests, yourself included, tend to only stay for 3 or 4 nights so I imagine it does not get much use, but it is as pictured. I will input a service ticket regarding the treadmill. We also specifically note that we do not have a washer and dryer inside the condo, again because it would take up space and not get much use. If you experienced any noise issues, I wish you had reached out at the time as all guests have my personal cell number!

Thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Nashville. Kimberly our host guided us through our arrival, time in Nashville and the conclusion of our trip with plans to return. The accommodations gave us a place to relax before and after exploring Nashville. Close enough to walk, approximately 15-20 minutes to Broadway or an easy Lift ride back after a full night out. The condo was perfect for four people. A quiet restful sleep prepared us for the next day’s adventure, each of our three nights stay, Thursday-Sunday.The condo was clean and had everything we needed to start our day as we made our own breakfast to keep with our no rush theme of our trip.Having the ability to park free with easy in and out, gave us the opportunity to leave the area to shop and explore outside of the city. For our group this was a big plus giving us an option to drive to attractions that were not in the downtown area.Great accommodations help to enhanced the experience visiting Nashville. That is what staying here did for our group.Thank you Kimberly we highly recommend this property.

We had a great week at this Nashville property. The free parking is fantastic, pool was very nice especially for our super warm October week and view of the river was interesting and lovely. The location is quiet but is a bit of a walk to Broadway. We didn't mind the distance but did plan our return trip home in the dark to avoid the area just beside the river....

Great location. Can walk to many attractions or take a quick ride-share. The covered parking was convenient, especially since we drove in from out of town and needed 2 spots. The bathroom situation could be a bit awkward with 2 couples staying there, but it worked for us.

Condo was as advertised, perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and close to Broadway and the Grand Olde Opry. Kim the host had everything that you would need and was immediately responsive when we had a question. Would definitely recommend Kim’s place when visiting Nashville. We love being on the river!! Watching the boats (and party pontoons!) go by is so relaxing. Plus, we've got friendly woodchucks by the river who enjoy coming over for snacks!
