Bring the whole family to this home with lots of space for fun! This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is ideal for friends and family seeking to explore the best of Denver & Golden together. Perfectly located just a short walk to the nearest trailhead, and only minutes drive to Red Rocks Amphitheatre or Downtown Golden. End each day with ease - soaking up the sun on the large deck, relaxing by the indoor fireplace, & cooking like a chef in the fully equipped kitchen.

Please note there is a secondary apartment in the basement level of this house. It’s completely separate from this unit, and is not pictured or advertised as a part of this listing.

We had a couple issues when we first checked in and the host was super responsive and took care of it within the hour. Clear directions east communication made the entire trip easy.

Property location was perfect to visit CU Boulder and easy access to I 25 to visit CSU. Great location by the mall, plenty of restaurants to eat at and things to do.

Great space and location.

We had a lovely time. The location was nice. I would say the beds were comfortable but the pillows in every room were cheap and uncomfortable and made for a rough nights sleep for nearly all 6 of us. One small tweet would make a big difference. Also, the second floor bathroom toilet leaks.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable home! Everything worked well and we enjoyed evenings in the living room with the fireplace. The owner was extremely helpful and quickly responsive to our questions and helped in suggesting local restaurants and hiking trails.

Nice house with everything we needed. Looked newly decorated. Quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from downtown Golden and maybe 10 minutes from Red Rocks (unless you leave late for the concert like we did
then it’s an hour!).

Golden Pad

Great place in a very convenient location minutes from downtown golden, Mines campus, and Red Rocks Park/Amphitheater. Ben's a great host providing all the necessities and an impeccably clean pad. One wish though, wifi would have been a plus. Will stay again!

Place was beautiful, we had a Teddy Swims concert to attend so we booked this place for a night. My only thing I wasn't happy with was when we got back around 11pm we were just watching a movie and talking lights were off just kitchen light was on. We had a knock at the door around midnight. Hesitant to open, my finance and brother in-law opened the door and it was the guy from downstairs saying if we knew there was quite time hours! Mind you we were not even being loud just talking about the concert we just attended. So just want to say if he had a problem with 4 of us being too loud than I wouldn't recommend staying with a ground or even young ones unless you don't mind being in bed at 10pm. Other then that the place was great!
