From the most incredible sunrise to the breathtaking sunset, all from the comfort of the wraparound balcony or the private beach and dock. Enjoy the lounge chairs in the private yard or directly on the 300ft of waterfront heaven with your favorite beverage.
The space
The home is set up with all the entertainment toys needed to include snorkeling gear and paddleboards for you water enthusiast. If you just want to hang out inside the house, we have you covered with a pool table, table tennis as well as an assortment of boardgames. You have arrived in paradise.

This 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home is perfect to accommodate an intimate family vacation as well as a larger space for friends to get together. The tropical feel from the ocean and reflects on the décor in the home. The well-equipped kitchen and new appliances are perfect for those gourmet chefs. On the entrance level you will find a comfortable open concept between kitchen, living room and dining space which creates a flow out to the attached balcony and patio. This little trick makes it easy to entertain both indoors as well as outdoors. You will find the game room on the lower level with a pool table, tv, sofa and refrigerators for your favorite beverages. Table tennis may also be accessed through the garage for your convenience.

Magical is the only way to describe the outdoor area. The oversized gazebo covering the patio, which contains a sectional sofa and outdoor dining gives you that perfect alfresco feel. As you stroll down the balcony, you will find a row of lounge chairs for the sun worshiper as well as Adirondack chairs overlooking the turquoise ocean. Below on the first level you will find a covered hot tub as well as a built-in grilling area. Take a stroll down the steps to the private beach and incredibly soft sand surrounded by beautiful rock creations in connection to a wood deck and pier. Bring the beach chair with cooler and one don’t want to leave this magical place. Paddleboard from the dock and dive for lobster all from one incredible location.

Within the entrance level you will find 2 bedrooms with King size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has direct access to the wraparound balcony thru the French doors. Incredible ocean views as far as the eye can see await you. The third bedroom provides you with a Queen size bed and another full bathroom directly across the hallway. The second master bedroom is located on the lower level. King size bed, office desk and ensuite bathroom awaits you. In connection to this bedroom, you will find a built-in bunkbed accommodating the youngest or more space for that larger group. The gameroom also provides a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Unlimited Wi-Fi and boosters are throughout the home. You will find 2 different desk areas where you can comfortably set up a laptop if needing to catch up on your workload from paradise. All bedrooms have smart tv’s (Firesticks) as well as 2 comfortable living rooms/game room.

The Perky Pelican is in Marsh Harbor, Central Abaco only about 10-minute drive from the international airport on the mainland. No ferry is needed to bring you to this piece of paradise.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES may be provided to additional cost. We can arrange FULL Concierge service as a convenience to our guests. Pick up and Drop off at the airport may be arranged, as well as daily maid service, private chef and the catching of fresh lobsters and grilling is offered as well. Other things to note
We are still waiting for some more upgrades to happen and fix the house up after the hurricane. Including new windows (windows are fine, just the appearance of them are not great) and refill of the beach closest to the water.
