The Neighborhood:
â In the heart of the city. Everything you need is literally only steps away. Central City & Guildford Mall, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Day Care, Parks, Grocery Store, 7 min stroll to SkyTrain to Vancouver/Richmond/YVR Airport, bus stop is literally in front of the condo. Although it is central it is secluded from downtown Surrey and very serene and quiet, lots of trees and cool breeze. YVR Airport is 30 mins drive, White Rock Beach is 25 mins drive and downtown Vancouver is only 30 mins drive.
Getting Around:

- All amenities are close by so you can save your gas and stroll to the Central City Mall, Walmart, Superstore, Shoppers Drug Mart, Jim Patterson Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre and restaurants (wide variety).
