🏡 The Space Step into this warm and inviting 3-bedroom, 1-bath South Surrey suite designed for comfort and relaxation. The open living and dining area welcomes you with cozy seating, modern lighting, and a large TV — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring nearby White Rock Beach or shopping at Morgan Crossing.
★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 3 BEDROOMS ★ Each bedroom features comfortable beds, stylish decor, and ample storage.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire suite with no shared spaces. Enjoy complete privacy with your own dedicated entrance from the back of the house for a convenient and comfortable stay.
Please note that the homeowner resides upstairs in a separate unit with their own entrance.
This home is a self-catering rental. However, for your convenience, we provide:
Essential toiletries: body soap, shampoo, and basic cleaning supplies. Household basics: cooking essentials, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, and more.
Parking: This home offers a free ample street parking.

Identification Requirement: For the safety and security of all our guests, we request that guests provide us with a copy of their ID upon booking.
Check-in and Check-out Hours: Our check-in and check-out hours are essential for our cleaning team's preparations. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please notify us with 1-2 days' notice, subject to availability. Unauthorized extensions may result in a $200/hour fee.
Parking: We request that you park only in the designated areas listed in our check-in instructions.
Shoes Off, Please: We ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes or slippers inside the house. This tradition helps preserve the cleanliness of our shared spaces.
Toilet Use: We request that you only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. For all other items, please use the bins provided for proper disposal. This will help prevent any plumbing issues and ensure a trouble-free stay for everyone.
Authorized Guest Count: To ensure a cozy and safe stay, we request that only the guests listed in your reservation join us at the property. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your guest count. An extra guest fee of $50.00 per person per night applies.
Recycling: We encourage guests to consider recycling during their stay to reduce our environmental footprint. Your participation in recycling is greatly appreciated and contributes to a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience for everyone.
Garbage: We kindly ask that you dispose of and manage your trash responsibly. Excessive garbage may result up to a $300 fee for additional disposal costs. Thank you for your cooperation.
Respecting Quiet Hours: We highly value your comfort and the peaceful atmosphere of our property. Quiet hours, observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensure a serene experience for all guests and neighbors. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting these hours contribute to a harmonious stay for everyone.
A Smoke-Free Environment: To maintain a comfortable environment for all, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy indoors. We impose a fine of $1000.00 to cover extensive cleaning and odor removal, ensuring the comfort of all guests.
Cancellation Policy: Before confirming your reservation, please review the provided cancellation policy. Once your reservation is confirmed, it will be assumed that you acknowledge and accept the terms of the cancellation policy. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance to safeguard against potential losses resulting from unforeseen cancellations.
Maintenance and Care: We request that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. Our dedicated team follows a checklist to ensure everything is in order for our guests. If, during your stay, any items are accidentally damaged or broken, please promptly inform us so that we can arrange for necessary repairs in consideration of our future guests.

🚭 Smoking Policy This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $1000 cleaning fee will apply if smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is detected inside the unit.
🐾 Pet Policy No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. Unauthorized pets will incur a $1000 penalty to cover deep cleaning and potential damages.
We wish to emphasize that we hold the right to consider the immediate conclusion of your reservation if, regrettably, any of these house rules are not fully observed. This unit was amazing. It was spotless, well appointed and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the great kitchen. The hosts were gracious, easy to contact and willing to meet our needs. .

Everything was awesome and the owners were very nice, friendly and accommodating. The area was very nice and quiet. The suite was clean and had everything we needed. There was a small issue with a malfunctioning fridge but it was replaced immediately and we had a new fridge the next day.
