Great Spot

This location is great! It is central to both the beach and many shops. The owner is friendly and very helpful. I recommend bringing some headphones/ear plugs as the noise from the street (cars/motorcycles) could be noisy

Fantastic location, very clean! Pretty much every review of this property is on the money. Definitely recommend. I would also like to add that is was very easy to baby proof for our 19 month old granddaughter. Loved it!!!

Nice, clean, secure place to stay. We saw dolphins almost every morning. Love to sit on the balcony and relax.

Such a convenient location!

We had a great time at this property! The space was clean and larger than we anticipated. It was super close to the beach and plenty of food options within walking distance.

Great Place

This is a great place if you are looking for right in the heart of Virginia Beach. It was well kept and very clean. Great view right on the ocean as well and felt laid back while also being right in the action. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful place

The location was right in the heart of town with walking access to many places. The place was beautiful and having no the storm shutters did help tremendously to eliminate the noises from outside

Very nice condo!

Erik was a great help and the condo was extremely nice, being right on the beach and right around so many different restaurants and activities was a blast. The balcony on the back was perfect for watching the waves on the beach.

Best spot on Virginia Beach

Amazing location with an amazing and accommodating host! It’s not quiet but its location is safe and convenient. Literally steps from the ocean, night clubs, restaurants and shops. Eric was very accommodating and knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had.

Great Beach vacation

Great condo right on the beach. Right in the middle of the boardwalk. Very spacious. All the beds were comfortable except the sofa bed, the boys opted to just sleep on the couches instead. Stayed with 2 grown kids and 2 teenagers and had plenty of space.

Good place, no issues

The property was bigger than i thought it would be. The owner was very helpful the entire time we were there. Great location on the beach and easy to get to the beach. Only downside was the nightlife outside, was a bit lour till about 1 am.

Perfect location by the sea, clean space, and great host.

We stayed here for a week with our family of four. The location was perfect
 right in the heart of all the action of Virginia Beach, including a gorgeous balcony overlooking the beach. Not to mention that the ocean is just a few steps away. The space is wonderfully maintained, and is way bigger than the photos even make it appear to be. Erik is also a wonderful host. If we make it back to Virginia Beach, we will try and book this location again.
