Nice, clean, secure place to stay. We saw dolphins almost every morning. Love to sit on the balcony and relax.

Great Spot

This location is great! It is central to both the beach and many shops. The owner is friendly and very helpful. I recommend bringing some headphones/ear plugs as the noise from the street (cars/motorcycles) could be noisy

Very nice place.

The property was very clean. It was in a great location on the boardwalk. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Such a convenient location!

We had a great time at this property! The space was clean and larger than we anticipated. It was super close to the beach and plenty of food options within walking distance.

Fantastic location, very clean! Pretty much every review of this property is on the money. Definitely recommend. I would also like to add that is was very easy to baby proof for our 19 month old granddaughter. Loved it!!!

Great Place

This is a great place if you are looking for right in the heart of Virginia Beach. It was well kept and very clean. Great view right on the ocean as well and felt laid back while also being right in the action. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful place

The location was right in the heart of town with walking access to many places. The place was beautiful and having no the storm shutters did help tremendously to eliminate the noises from outside

Great vacation sport for a family

Very nice condo!

Erik was a great help and the condo was extremely nice, being right on the beach and right around so many different restaurants and activities was a blast. The balcony on the back was perfect for watching the waves on the beach.

Best spot on Virginia Beach

Amazing location with an amazing and accommodating host! It’s not quiet but its location is safe and convenient. Literally steps from the ocean, night clubs, restaurants and shops. Eric was very accommodating and knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had.

Thank you for the feedback and yes, the nightlife can be busy/loud at times. I am updating the sliding doors this year which will significantly improve the noise activity outside. Should have been installed prior to your visit but encounter some challenges with the company that delayed the installation. Glad to hear everyone had a good time!

Great Beach vacation

Great condo right on the beach. Right in the middle of the boardwalk. Very spacious. All the beds were comfortable except the sofa bed, the boys opted to just sleep on the couches instead. Stayed with 2 grown kids and 2 teenagers and had plenty of space.

Good place, no issues

The property was bigger than i thought it would be. The owner was very helpful the entire time we were there. Great location on the beach and easy to get to the beach. Only downside was the nightlife outside, was a bit lour till about 1 am.

Thank you for visiting Virginia Beach and the night life can be loud at times. I always encouraged guests to use the shutters on the balcony to reduce the noise levels if it is too loud. Perfect location by the sea, clean space, and great host.

We stayed here for a week with our family of four. The location was perfect… right in the heart of all the action of Virginia Beach, including a gorgeous balcony overlooking the beach. Not to mention that the ocean is just a few steps away. The space is wonderfully maintained, and is way bigger than the photos even make it appear to be. Erik is also a wonderful host. If we make it back to Virginia Beach, we will try and book this location again.
