Family Getaway

We had a great stay in Miramar Beach. It was a “new” family members first beach vacation and the location to the beach was amazing!

The pool was actually heated and we were close to the beach!! The place was inside was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room. The outside property was well maintained.The only thing that didn’t affect us this time was you only had one parking spot. But maybe they have more spots if needed. We didn’t have family visit like we originally thought they might!

Beautiful condo and great location! Three minute walk to beach and 5- 10 minute walk to restaurants. Nice to have the back patio on first level, so you can drop your sandy beach chairs there before walking through gate and into condo. Will stay again!

Great Location

We loved the location, on the ground floor so we could have easy access and also a place to keep all of our sandy beach toys! The kids loved that we could walk to a few stores and also to get ice cream. The adults loved that the beach was so close, right across the street and close to restaurants. Overall a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a rocky start of air conditioning not working, they got it fixed the next day. Overall was a great experience! Very close to beach and a great condo. Clean, well stocked and loved being on ground floor close to beach. The only drawback is only 1 parking place.

Absolutely loved our stay at Shore to Please at Alerio located in Miramar Beach! Condo had everything we needed and was spacious enough for our 8 person family. The only minor issue we experienced was the upstairs neighbors children running back and forth across the floors the entire time. As a mother of five children, I understand the excitement of being on vacation. Again this was a minor issue and certainly not a concern directly connected to the condo. Beach access is conveniently located right across the street. Please be mindful, if you are traveling with a wagon, like we were, there are two flights of steep stairs that you will need to carry the wagon down. Winn Dixie, Chick Fil A, Silver Sands outlets, and Starbucks are right down the street. Felt really safe in this area. Will definitely return!

Must Stay!!

We met family here from out of state. Absolutely loved the home, the location, and the walk to the beach. There is absolutely nothing I can say negative about the property itself. Even the security staff was friendly, helpful, and just awesome. The only complaint I have is that you only get one parking spot and there is no other guest parking on site. Since we came as 2 families, that meant one family had to pay to park off site.
