Tropical, private oasis close to everything and yet feels quiet and secluded. This beautifully maintained and updated home is on nearly a half acre in the best kept secret in Stuart, Beau Rivage West.
As you step out of your home and go for a walk through the neighborhood, youâll be greeted by friendly neighbors, beautiful waterfront homes, waterfront views & mature landscaping.
The home boasts an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, screened in lanai and a large gunite pool.
The garage is packed full of activities and everything you could possibly need! You may not want to leave, but in case you do;
You are equipped with a beach wagon fully loaded for a family beach day with chairs, umbrella, cooler, sunscreen, sand toys etc. Jensen Beach is only 14 minutes away
Great shopping and restaurants in Downtown Stuart only 4 miles away. Donât miss the farmers market on Sunday!
Backyard games abound, TVâs in every room, kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms fully stocked (with the good stuff), games for the kids, fast WifiâŠ. just bring a swimsuit.
We are flexible in bookings and have a discounted rate sheet based on duration of stay for seasonal travelers as well as short & long term leases that we would be happy to discuss. Our family lives in an adjacent neighborhood and we are a 6 minute golf cart ride away should you need anything. We canât wait for you to enjoy your vacation and be your hosts!

Phil and I live in Stuart but are originally from Ohio and Colorado. We've lived in dozens of places, but since we've found Stuart we will never leave. We have two kids, two dogs and are thrilled to be your hosts.

I love to decorate and it was so fun for me to get to set this house up for our guests. The older I get the more particular I have become in having things the way I like them when I'm away from home. I took great consideration in every detail to ensure that you have everything you. need and the things you may have not thought of that would delight you!
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
This is such a gem, the neighborhood is residential with mature landscaping and beautiful homes. I always love to see visually pleasing things when I go for walks, and this will not disappoint. Downtown is just a bike ride away and we would be happy to provide you the scenic route details where you go over the "old bridge" that over looks the harbor filled with beautiful sail boats and yachts.
