I rarely leave reviews but this one- I feel obligated to leave a review for the sake of any future guests. I had a whole thing typed out just now but it would only allow 1500 characters so I’m going to try and sum this up. We had more cons than pros with this house and the host. The location of the house was in a very safe and family friendly area. The house had a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and fans available to use. Unfortunately, we did not have a good stay because the A/C didn’t work much the entire stay. We reached out twice to get this fixed. While we were gone to dinner, the property manager said it was fixed but when we got home, it stopped working again. I reached out again and never heard back. We were basically forgotten about. We spent so much money to stay here only to be so uncomfortable inside. There was deodorant from a previous guest still in the bedroom upstairs. The bedroom downstairs is more like the size of a closet. All things aside, I can overlook things but the way the A/C was handled- we’ll never stay at this house again or anywhere that Vacasa owns. To add, there was a sticker on the thermostat to keep it at 72 or above to keep from freezing. The washer and dryer are also not in the house as described. If you want to do laundry, you have to go find where ever it’s at on the property. Overall, 1/5 stars. We’ll never stay at a Vacasa property again. I want to add that Vrbo was great but Vacasa and property manager don’t care.

Great location

Literally right across the street from the beach. Less than a 2 minute walk to get to the beautiful white sand and clear water. Home came with clean bathrooms and kitchen and comfy beds. Plenty of room!

Love this condo. It’s just across the street from the ocean. Easy beach access. It has all the accessories for cooking if you like to make meals in house or lots of great food options nearby. We love coming here!

Quaint and Cozy by the Sea

This place was GREAT. It was SUPER CLEAN, and BEAUTIFULLY LOCATED in a place with a BREATHTAKING PRIVATE BEACH area not crowded. It had a pool that was PERFECT to end the day at. Not to mention the decor and furniture made it WARM and COZY. Felt right at home and my FAMILY LOVED IT!!!
