Vues du Golfe avant-fantastiques de la tanière, à manger, cuisine, balcon, et suite parentale. La nuit, mettre dans votre lit king-size et laisser l'accalmie de surf vous endormir. Dans la matinée, vous fixer une tasse de café et regarder les dauphins de croisière passé votre balcon d'angle. Ce est la vue tout le monde veut quand ils viennent à la plage. Lorsque vous êtes prêt pour la plage, pas de longues randonnées sont nécessaires - vous êtes à quelques pas du sable.

Absolutely this unit! Have stayed here a few times, pictures are exactly what the unit looks like. Im already looking to plan a return visit and plan to stay in this unit again!!! Host are great to communicate with and the location of this building is perfect for anything you would want to go and do.

The unit was beautiful. The unit was exactly as listed. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was so peaceful having coffee on balcony and watching the dolphins. The view from the bedroom is also amazing. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. And the owner was such a pleasure to deal with. He got back to my right away with any questions I had. I highly recommend this unit.

Property was exactly as pictured and described. The host was easy to communicate with and response time was quick. I would suggest working on the air conditioning as it would only get below 71 degrees after 2 am. The mattress in the guest bedroom could use mattress toppers, as the mattress felt very worn when lying in it. The condo was clean except we found a razor cover on the drain in one shower and then eye lashes on the floor by the nightstand. The guest bathtub drains very slowly and you stand in water as soon as you get into the shower. The over all breakers location is very well located but could use a sign at the entrance as we passed it up a couple of times. The pool was cleaned daily and the elevator (even though only 1) goes very fast and you don’t have to wait for it long. Now our issues we did not address with the host while there as we didn’t want to deal with it while there and it didn’t cause us to not enjoy our trip. We would stay again.

This property is in an excellent location, with the best ocean view and very close to the stores. The unit is beautiful, with nice size rooms and awesome kitchen. Very clean and organized. This property is very conveniently close to the stores and is a big plus for us. We enjoyed our stay here.

The beach view was awesome! We had an in unit washer and dryer. We did have an unfortunate experience getting stuck in the elevator - stuck between 7th and 8th floor. Pressed emergency call button after we tried to open the door ourselves a few times. The operator took our information and dispatched the fire department. As we waited for about 30 minutes, we kept pressing the open door button and it finally opened. The fire department was on scene and they took our statement and they took care of the issue from there. Overall the stay was very nice. We might suggest having beach towels and chairs available to use.The unit was very clean!The condo overall was very lovely and well equipped! Thank you for your hospitality!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. Randall took great care of us. Couldn’t have been any nicer. There are just 32 Units here so it is not overcrowded.

Communication with the manager was great! Every question you could have he addressed from the beginning in the description. We were there in December so we didn't use the beach, but the views were still nice! Condo pictures were accurate, it is an older building but it was newly remodeled and looks really nice. It suited our needs just right. We usually come to that area in the summer and so we wanted to try the Orange Beach area this time and didn't want to be in a really large complex

The condo was neat and clean and exactly as pictured. The ocean view and access was amazing. We watched the sunrise and set from the balcony. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the pool area was not as nice as others we could see from our balcony. Also we only had one key, a keypad would be more convenient for multiple guests.

Everything was wonderful. View perfect, loved where we were located with everything across the street, we come here every June with 13 guest. We love orange beach and love the restaurants. Need smaller furniture on the balcony, needed more chairs but we worked it out. The condo was clean..some skillets need replacing but everything adequate. We would get this condo again . Thank u !

Communication with owner was great. He even let us know we could check in early. Condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we need. Beds were super comfy. Just steps from the beach. Close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfy beds, owner very responsive. The only suggestion I would make is to add a rug at the front door to help prevent sand/dirt being brought in and also the pots and pans are pretty rough and scratched up, make sure you bring some kind of nonstick with you . This is definitely a place we would stay again.

Perfect family vacation!!!

This condo was fantastic in every way. It is literally steps from the beach. The decor is super cute and gives off a beachy vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need and having the washer/dryer in the condo is SO convenient. The property is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and many activities. I think my favorite part is that it’s a smaller building so there was no waiting for the elevator and the pool was never crowded. We’re already planning our trip next year!

Spring Break

Beautiful! Condo was clean. Looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Right on the beach. As soon as you open the balcony doors, all you hear is the ocean. It’s wonderful! Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. There is a Walmart nearby. Owner was informative and had very quick responses. We will definitely stay here again!
