Pebble Beach is the BEST resort condo complex in Emerald Isle. It features an outdoor oceanside pool, an indoor heated pool, an additional outdoor pool, tennis courts, a grilling area, and a fitness center! It's central location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the water park and mini-golf. A few short steps up to #B203 and you enter this charming 3BR/ 2BA beachside condo that offers an ocean view from the living room and primary bedroom deck.

~1200 square feet of beachside living space in the popular Pebble Beach Community will not disappoint. The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fun beach vacation with family or friends.

Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: Queen | Bedroom 3: 2 Twins/Singles

The condo offers a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that features a beautiful custom tile walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the hallway full bathroom. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the property. It is an open and airy condo with lots of natural light, a deck facing the ocean off the primary bedroom & living room as well as a shaded outdoor seating area off bedrooms 2 and 3.

No smoking of any kind. Extra cleaning fees apply.

No pets. This is a homeowners association policy.

No parties. Quiet time from 10pm - 7am.

Do not move interior or exterior furniture. Additional fees apply.

Great Stay

Very clean and spacious place to stay. Short walking distance to the beach. Easy to communicate with the property manager and quick responses. Great place. We would definitely stay again!

Beach with a toddler

This was the perfect place to stay with a toddler. We were right on the beach, had a pool, and could be back to the condo for nap in no time. Lots of places within walking distance.

Short walk to the beach

Condo was wonderful! But, if you plan to hit the beach daily you’ll need to bring your toys, floats and chairs they don’t come with. It’s a wonderful location close to some stores and grocery options.

Impromptu visit for July 4th-5th.

Unit was clean and had everything that we needed to have an enjoyable time at the beach. We appreciated the patio where we could relax and see and hear the ocean. July 4th out on the beach with fireworks was amazing. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Excellent Location

We really enjoy staying at this condo complex. It's so convenient to the beach and other attractions on the isle. There was plenty of room for my parents, my husband and I, and our two kids (7 and 4). Make sure to bring your own shampoo, body soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The curtains in the master bedroom are shear and don't block much light. Other than that, a very comfortable stay.

Family beach

I enjoyed the stay and the location. The only complaint I have is when leaving and check out being at 10, the cleaning staff came on in the apartment at 9 without announcing themselves before entering. Did not like that at all. Other than that would come back

Nice apartment but could use some things

Property nicely designed and comfortable for a group of 5 We were disappointed that some basic items were not there- dish detergent and sponge, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, only 3 tabs for dishwasher when we were there 4 days, and for a beach apartment I expected some beach towels which were not there. The unit is advertised as having everything you need for a beach stay so we were a little frustrated

Family Beach vacation

The property was wonderful and perfect for our vacation. Easy walk to the beach and the pool which was important for our toddler grandaughter. Easy check in with getting the gate key and parking pass. The dishwasher was not working and we were not made aware of this prior to trying to set it off three different times. I didn't mind hand washing our dishes but it concerned me about the cleanliness of the dishes in the cupboards if the renters before us had not realized the dishwasher's issues. Also, I let the property manager know about the issue and she stated she would check on a bit of a refund from the owner, but then I didn't get any further communication about that. Overall our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again I just wish I had been made aware of the broken dishwasher.
