Enjoy peaceful surroundings yet lots to do! Beautiful Condo community offers a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool.
Exercise room with equipment and Tennis/pickleball Courts. Complex is oceanfront, condo is poolside. Kitchen is loaded with anything you will need for meals. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, entertainment , ice cream shop, coffee shop, and shopping. 1 mile to Publix groceries, Rucker John’s in Emerald Plan tation, water slide and much more!

Fantastic host and condo

A host! Dawn was excellent. This was a last minute trip for us. Dawn’s responses were very timely and informative. The condo was clean and stocked with everything. She even provided us with activities to do and a list of local musicians playing around the island. We’ll be visiting again.

Wonderful location and comfortable place to stay!

We had a great time staying here. The condo is quaint, clean, and included everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The condo is a close walk to the beach and my kids loved swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome!

Loved our stay here! Great location & very clean. Everything was well stocked. Most of the rentals we’ve stayed at did not provide any necessities, such as toilet paper or soap, & only a limited # of towels, etc. This place had it all, which was very much appreciated after our 5 hr drive down. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay

Dawn was an excellent host. Description of the property matched perfect. The stairs made the condo feel whimsical and quickly became our son’s favorite feature in the space. Pebble Beach is the perfect location. We are already planning on coming back and staying again!

Off season stay

The condo is close to the indoor pool which was nice for evening swims to wind down the kids. Kids bedrooms are down stairs so no worries about them using the spiral staircase. Condo had everything we needed and was nicely stocked with for when we arrived were down.

Area is very well kept. Condo we stayed in was excellent and supplied with necessary items in Kitchen and bathrooms. Easy access to pools that were clean. Beach area clean also. Very safe area.

Just want we wanted

The condo has just what you need for a nice beach visit. I was with my mother in law and 12 yo for a long weekend and we had the best time. The condo had all the things including a charging station in each room. It was also nice to be able to wash a load of laundry and not have to buy detergent, or paper towels, or toilet paper etc. the last thing you want to do on a short trip is keep having to go to the store! On the downside, my MIL has mobility issues so the stairs to the second floors condo were a challenge. Dawn, the host, could not have been more helpful or thoughtful in ensuring your stay was as easy it could be.

The perfect getaway spot!

We made a very last minute decision to visit family and were SO pleased with the condo! It has a great location with everything we needed just being a short drive. The indoor pool was a huge selling point for us and it did not disappoint!! It was perfect for our kiddos! We also made it down to the beach (just a short walk)! Dawn was very responsive and incredibly accommodating, especially with the last minute nature of our trip! We were so grateful to have found this condo and would absolutely stay again!

Quiet and relaxing stay with great amenities

We had a great time. It was a short stay with a lot of things going on over the weekend, but the condo was perfect size for the five of us and was very well kept and had all the things to help pack lighter for the trip like beach towels and linens. The Pebble Beach neighborhood is very quiet as well. The neighborhood has a quiet time and everyone seemed to abide by it during our stay. The neighborhood is well lit all through the night without being disruptive. Beach access is easy and the location is super convenient to many activities, shops and restaurants. We will be back again for another stay.

Cozy, spacious, and great location.

As a Registered Nurse, life can be so serious. I've been so fortunate to have hosted such wonderful families and have truly enjoyed being able to be a part of a joyful time in their lives. This is such a welcomed change from my day to day.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our gated neighborhood is so peaceful, but smack dab in the middle of entertainment, restaurants. A person could spend most of the week at the pools, tennis courts and beach - then walk over to Gaffers for lunch or get some ice cream from Village Ice Cream and Candy. Perhaps more importantly, stroll over to the wine store for a bottle of cabernet. Pebble Beach seems to attract excellent guests and we enjoy our interactions with others on the complex.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Families love our complex for the indoor and outdoor pools, the safety of a gated community with security in season and easy walk to the beach. The property and decking walkway are well maintained. I think we are the only the property on the island to have our own water treatment.
