Review: 1/5 Stars â AVOID This PropertyOverall Experience: Look elsewhere. We booked this for a milestone birthday, and the experience nearly ruined our trip. The stay was defined by abysmal communication, lack of cleanliness, and disregard for platform policies.Management & Policy Failures: Despite booking months in advance, the hosts failed to coordinate with the advertised concierge. Responses were slow, and we received no meaningful communication until the cancellation window closed. They also ignored VRBO policies by withholding the rental agreement for two months and sending "non-negotiable" terms just 48 hours before check-in, effectively locking us in.Condition & Maintenance: The property looks good in photos but is cheap and dirty in person. Our socks turned black on the floors within minutes, and furniture was visibly stained. Several essentials were broken:Kitchen: The burners were non-functional, disrupting our plans and a private chef service we had arranged.Plumbing: The upstairs sink was broken.Zero Guidance & Amenities: No instructions were provided for the Wi-Fi or basic home functions. While we tried to use the jacuzzi, the instructions eventually sent were useless; the water never heated up, so it went unused. Between the broken amenities and the unresponsive hosts, we felt completely abandoned.Bottom line: Poorly managed, cheaply furnished, and filthy. Do not stay here.
