Book your stay at our charming apartment inside the beautifully restored historic Guthrie Coke Lofts! In the heart of downtown and just steps from the vibrant 4th Street Live entertainment district, you'll have easy access to the best nightlife, food, and attractions the city has to offer.



Our central location is blocks away from Louisville's most popular live music venues, bars, celebrity-chef restaurants, and the city's beloved bourbon experiences!



The Space:

Guest Access:

You'll use a key fob to enter the building and take the elevator to your floor during your stay. The apartment has a smart lock keypad for self check-in with a code that is unique to your stay and expires after you check out for added security and peace of mind.



At check-in, you'll enter the building using a call box before retrieving your key fob from inside you room.



All access codes are sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.



The Neighborhood:

The location is unbeatable - just steps away from the iconic Louisville Palace and Mercury Ballroom, where you can catch some of the best live music acts in the region. Plus, you're within walking distance to Fourth Street Live, an entertainment district filled with bars, restaurants, and shops.



And that's not all - you're less than a mile from Whiskey Row, where you can sample some of Kentucky's finest bourbons and soak up the city's rich history. A few blocks further, you'll find the trendy neighborhoods of NuLu and Butchertown, both packed with art galleries, cafes, and boutiques.



Getting Around:

We're in the historic Guthrie Coke Lofts at 566 S 4th St, in the heart of downtown Louisville.



We offer paid onsite parking to guests for $15/night in the open lot directly behind the building. If you've paid for onsite parking, instructions will be provided at check-in.

Guests staying more than 6 nights are eligible for free parking as part of their extended stay.



For loading/unloading luggage or other items, you can park your car in front of the building entrance or in the nearby loading zone with flashers on.



The Clay Commons Parking Garage at 350 W Chestnut St is another parking option a block away from the building for $25/night, but there are plenty of other garages or paid street parking in the area.



Other Things to Note:

Need extra bedding? We don't charge extra guest fees, but we do offer a pull-out sleeper sofa. Let us know if you plan to use it, and we’ll leave extra linens, a blanket, and pillows in your room before you check in. We charge $15 per reservation to cover the additional laundry costs for sheets, blankets, and towels.



Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.



Need to freshen up your clothes? There is a shared laundry room on each floor of the building with free use of the washer and dryer

The property was great and location was really awesome for all kinds of walking destinations. We literally only slept and showered here as we were gone all day north days. Neighborhood was a little sketch but definitely at no fault of the property owner. I would absolutely stay at this apartment again if and when we go back to Louisville. Matt was quick to respond each time I emailed him and was even proactive with alternate delivery options when I couldn’t pull up links for check in.

The space was not set up as featured in the pictures. The whole place was in need of some deep cleaning and repairs. The living room furniture was worn out. Both the couch and the chair had holes from cigarette burns on the fabric. There was a broken mirror that had fallen off the wall just leaned in a corner. There were missing kitchen items, like not enough silverware or glasses. There was a broken towel rack in the bathroom. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, but the white carpet was stained in many places. Overall, it felt like someone had tried to clean up a frat house, and left furniture before they moved out at the end of the semester. I reported some of the needs to the property manager upon arrival and unfortunately none of the changes were addressed. I cannot recommend this stay.

Twilight Thursdays at Churchill Downs

We booked this property for our stay during Twilight Thursday at Churchill Downs. It was a perfect place for 4 adults to stay comfortably. Matt was extremely helpful with the check-in/out process. We’d definitely stay again.

This unit was easy and safe to access. There was some live music - practice maybe- below us at 5-6am 2 nights we were there but my fan app helped.

Poor communication

We were given the wrong room #. We followed the parking directions "hazards on" and unload in the lobby. We were threatened and harrrased while unloading (locals). (After receiving the correct room #)The front door knob fell off, the front door felt like a closet door (weak/unstable). The hallway had a horrible oder. Paid for parking, directions were confusing, it took us 1 hour to figure it out. Our assigned parking was taken multiple times. Communication was ignored throughout our stay, we reached out multiple times.

Fun Get Away

The property was just as shown. Instructions were easy to follow on how to enter and get to the apartment. If you're a light sleeper be sure to have white noise or something to have on to drown out the outside noise at night. Not sure if it happens a lot but a street party sprang up while we were there. The streets were blocked off with cars and lots of music and fun was being had until 5am. This didn't ruin our trip by any means just want people to be aware. Overall it's a great apartment and Matt was great with his communications and making sure we had everything we needed.
