The pictures and description of the Apartment were spot on!!! We enjoyed our stay and liked that parking was included. Loved This Place

The description of the unit fits it perfectly. The property is located right in the heart of downtown Louisville and quite accessible to restaurants, bars, museums, etc. It was tastefully decorated and immaculate. The bed was a little soft but comfortable. If you are a reader and forgot your book or Kindle, there were a variety of genres to read and also games to play. Taking in the sites of Louisville, we did not use the pool or gym; the pool was full of guests when we arrived on Sunday, and the gym equipment appeared to be for cardio and strengthening. Although the parking garage was typical downtown tight, the free parking was great. Checking in and transporting your luggage, groceries, etc. was a little cumbersome, but if you are used to downtown city living, it should be a breeze for you. Tyler was fantastic as a host; he quickly responded to inquiries and provided great recommendations. Tyler, we loved the Hot Brown at J. Graham’s cafĂ©. Looking forward to a future return to this unit.

The hosts were very good at communicating during check in and other times. We had lost the key fob and the host was there within 10 minutes to replace it. The property was perfect, very clean and a wonderful pool/outdoor area. Will stay again!

Very pleased with our living arrangement during our stay in Louisville for a work conference. The building was clean, staff friendly, and room as described. The unit was in great condition, well staged and clean. Having a functioning kitchen, laundry unit, and secure parking was fantastic for our stay.

Great choice for those who love city living!

This is a fabulous place in a very nice, posh apartment building in downtown Louisville. The pool and hot tub were great (open and clean)!We had zero complaints about the apartment itself - we just echo what some other reviews have mentioned about the check-in process (the lengths you have to walk to get the key fob just to go back to your car to get into the parking garage, to then have to haul your luggage (or later groceries, etc) from the parking garage through the stairwells and hallways to the apartment is a LOT for any of us who live in the suburbs and are used to pulling into a driveway and unloading our vehicles and groceries, ha ha. So renter beware. But other than that it can't be beat and the property owner was very communicative and prompt! Thank you!!!

Great Location

Was in Louisville for 1st time checking out a few bourbon establishments.Drove to Buffalo Trace 1st day and after that checked in at our awesome place in downtown.Walking distance to every place we wanted to visit. We didn't use pool,hot tub,workout room or golf simulator,,to much sampling!Definitely will be back.
