Our central location is blocks away from Louisville's most popular live music venues, bars, celebrity-chef restaurants, and the city's beloved bourbon experiences!

Immerse yourself in the lively buzz of downtown Louisville at the historic Guthrie Coke Building for visitors looking to experience Louisville's dynamic downtown scene, this location ensures you're always in the mix of action and excitement. Not a retreat for quiet moments, but a gateway to all the city thrills!

Guest Access:

You'll use a key fob to enter the building and take the elevator to your floor during your stay. The apartment has a smart lock keypad for self check-in with a code that is unique to your stay and expires after you check out for added security and peace of mind.



At check-in, you'll enter the building using a call box before retrieving your key fob from inside you room.



All access codes are sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.



The Neighborhood:

The location is unbeatable - just steps away from the iconic Louisville Palace and Mercury Ballroom, where you can catch some of the best live music acts in the region. Plus, you're within walking distance to Fourth Street Live, an entertainment district filled with bars, restaurants, and shops.



And that's not all - you're less than a mile from Whiskey Row, where you can sample some of Kentucky's finest bourbons and soak up the city's rich history. A few blocks further, you'll find the trendy neighborhoods of NuLu and Butchertown, both packed with art galleries, cafes, and boutiques.



Getting Around:

We're in the historic Guthrie Coke Lofts at 566 S 4th St, in the heart of downtown Louisville.



We offer paid onsite parking to guests for $15/night in the open lot directly behind the building. If you've paid for onsite parking, instructions will be provided at check-in.

Guests staying more than 6 nights are eligible for free parking as part of their extended stay.



For loading/unloading luggage or other items, you can park your car in front of the building entrance or in the nearby loading zone with flashers on.



The Clay Commons Parking Garage at 350 W Chestnut St is another parking option a block away from the building for $25/night, but there are plenty of other garages or paid street parking in the area.



Other Things to Note:

Need extra bedding? We don't charge extra guest fees, but we do offer a pull-out sleeper sofa. Let us know if you plan to use it, and we’ll leave extra linens, a blanket, and pillows in your room before you check in. We charge $15 per reservation to cover the additional laundry costs for sheets, blankets, and towels.



Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.



Need to freshen up your clothes? There is a shared laundry room on each floor of the building with free use of the washer and dryer.

Came for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend. The place was extremely clean and more then enough room for the both of us. Process was easy and host very available and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this listing and would stay here again

Great place to stay

The check in process was very detailed and explained perfectly how to get into the building. The apartment itself was very clean, large and in great shape. Well worth staying here compared to hotels that are in the same area. Would absolutely stay here again

I had a bit of trouble with the entry code upon check in, but Matt was able to work with me to find a solution. Then the rest of my stay was great! The place was clean and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals and there was complimentary coffee available too.

Great Downtown Location

Great communication from the property manager! Detailed information provided for check in and parking options. Was able to locate and get into property with no issues. Inside just as described. Clean and neat with the simple amenities you need for your stay. Bed was comfortable and location is great for anything downtown and around the city.
