There’s a custom staircase leading to the master that can be difficult to climb, but well worth it.

Additional queen bedrooms on the main floor provide mountain views and cozy nooks with desks. The lower-level bedroom offers tranquility next to the laundry room. A futon is available in the lower living room with provided sheets and pillows!

🛁 Bathrooms: Revel in four luxurious bathrooms, with the top-floor bathroom featuring an expansive walk-in shower, walnut double vanity, and a stocked medicine cabinet. The main floor offers both a walk-in shower and a tub, while the lower-level bathroom is shared with the laundry room, featuring another walk-in shower.

🛋️ Living Rooms: Indulge in the luxury of two living rooms! The main level, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, feels like a treehouse, complete with a large-screen smart TV and a wet bar. The lower-level living room is perfect for movie nights, featuring an enormous sectional and a large flat-screen TV with Roku. Enjoy access to the lower porch

🍳 Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen boasts all-new appliances and open shelves holding everything needed for large groups. A grand table provides a scenic view of the living room and trees beyond.

🚗 Parking and Outdoor Spaces: Park with ease in three gravel spots (one covered). Access the entrance via a one-story set of stairs leading to the kitchen porch. With 6 decks to choose from, including small porches, a bistro table, a picnic table, a dining table, conversation seating, and a Blackstone grill – outdoor bliss awaits! The lower level even features a deck with seating, dining, and a Ping-Pong table.
