Everything was as advertised....didn't need to get in my car until i left....you can walk to everything....great location....clean....best water pressure from a shower head I've ever seen....I'll be back for sure

My friend and I had a great stay here. The bed is really big and comfortable. It was a great getaway for a short stay, very centrally located. Would definitely recommend.

We met a friend at the Federation of Women Club's building. The property was convenient to our destination as well as UT and museums. Accurate description of property. We enjoyed the stay.

Perfect location and perfect hosts!

Small but perfect apartment very close to the campus. We came up for the Longhorns playoff game and wanted to stay the night and the apartment is a 15 minute Uber ride anywhere you wanna go. Very clean very nice and would stay again! The host are fantastic! Book with confidence!

Perfect Location!

We were in Austin to visit family and this apartment was centrally located for our stay. Just a few minutes to the city and to our family! Place was very clean and our host was extremely helpful and responsive!

This cozy little apartment was just right for our trip. Everything is Austin is ten minutes away from everything else and this place was no exception. Perfect location and affordable. Would come here again

Best Birthday Trip

We came from NC for my birthday + some comedy shows, and this place was absolutely perfect for our visit! The location is ideal and we felt very safe, even returning late at night. The owners are incredible and responsive. We fell in love with Austin and will absolutely be back. We will definitely book this property again!

Close to all - no frills and clean space to stay!

The communication is clear and location great. The place is well stocked and parking spot super convenient as it was raining when I arrived ! The location is off the main road, and the patio view is not great, yet with work in hand, it was a nice break to have sun and fresh air coming in!

Convenient location

Was not clean when arrived, bed not made, dirty dishes in dishwasher, looked like someone slept on couch. Other than that it was fine

Moms Weekend & Grad pics!

The BEST VRBO experience I have ever had in Austin.This place is a hidden gem with such nostalgia. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in their amazing kitchen. Slept is a king size wonderland bed. This unit was close to west campus and we got to really feel like we were walking the same streets and places students were. Just the parking spot they give you takes so much stress away! Can’t wait to book you for the next Austin trip!

Excellent place!

The location is great, especially if you’re here for the University, but it’s fairly easy to get anywhere by car and there’s stuff within walking distance too. The space is clean and well thought out, and the bed is comfortable. The listing doesn’t show every room, but the kitchen and bathroom are also nice. I’ll definitely check this place first when I come back to Austin!

Perfect spot

This was the perfect spot for a lil get away. Everything as is in the photos. The bed was a nice, almost California king size, and really comfortable. Hot water and water pressure was great after a long day. The location is has something for whatever you are looking for. Plenty to do and eat. There is a food truck area around the corner if looking for something different and quick. Two mini grocery stores about two blocks away. Also neighborhood bars to grab drinks and people watch. Even a tennis court across the street. The host was really nice and reached out to make sure my stay was going well. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Decent stay

In general the rental property is not bad. The location is convenient to many campus and DT places. Very walkable. The unit is modest and although somewhat cozy, it had lots of obvious oversights. Cupboard doors falling off and missing handles, dust absolutely caked on the AC unit, dirt smudges on the walls, and the heavy paint peeling in the bathroom. And the place smells bad. I stayed here for a month and every time I walked into the unit the smell hit me. It’s unpleasant. I requested that the caked on dust and pet hair be cleaned but it wasn’t. I do have to say the shower is excellent! The water pressure is awesome. The price was more than this unit is worth for the condition in my opinion and I wouldn’t stay again. However, I enjoyed the stay in Austin for being in the area.

Disappointed

The unit was old and tired, cleanliness was not up to par, furniture was uncomfortable except for the bed, lighting was difficult in main living area. I would not call the bed luxurious, but we slept well each night. It probably matches with the price per night, but the pictures hide a lot.

Stale smoke smell in apt

Communication was very good before stay. The stale smoke smell is very strong throughout apt. Bedding was presented in a messy way and the fitted sheets appeared used w a white liquid on them. Hairs were left in the sink when we arrived.

Disappointed

My wife and I love the location of this Property and looked forward to a nice stay there.However, each time we entered this Property, we were immediately met with a pungent chemical-like smell.We arrived in Austin late and fell asleep only to notice upon awakening that there was a mattress pad beneath the comofrter but no bedsheets on our bed. They were quickly provided after we notified the Property owners.The Propery itself is as advertised. Not addressed in any listing, of course, is the fact that the bathroom has no ventilation fan.Most disturbing is an woeful lack of soundproofing between this ground-level unit and the unit directly above it. We were kept awake on consecutive nights/mornings, after-midnight, by loud steps and jumping by the those occupying the unit directly above us.To be fair, my wife and I did not complain to the Property owners about the odor in the unit or about the noise from above. Frankly, as short as our stay was, we should not have had to occupy our time focusing on those issues. Besides, it is not as though anything could be done to dampen the sound of people walking in the unit above us. When in a great city like Austin for only a few days, one should be able to count on a comfortable, quiet and odor-free accommodation. Sadly, this Property did not afford such an accommodation to us.
