We enjoyed our stay in Austin at this property. It was all as listed. Cozy, Quiet, Clean, Parking spot if you know Austin that’s a plus, easy to check in Perfect for our weekend getaway for just 2 to see our daughter at UT.

I’ve stayed at many 1 bedroom places in Austin and this is one of my favorite. With a reserved parking space within 50 feet of the unit worrying about finding parking is not of worry. A great size space with great accommodations if you want to just stay at home and cook there are plenty of pots & pans. No worrying a out loud neighbors.

I especially appreciated the excellent communication with the host. I knew my flight was getting in just before midnight, and they made sure I had contingency plans in case my code didn't work. Very grateful for that reassurance. This was my second time staying at this property and I would definitely stay there a third time. Not only is it well situated in a safe Hyde Park neighborhood, but the bed is incredibly comfortable. The sofa in the living room room and the ginormous TV made me feel like I was definitely on holiday. The kitchen as well equipped, and it was spotless. Having the use of a full-size washer dryer is also a great amenity. I highly recommend this property!

Great for couples and maybe a friend.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway to Austin. The location was great. Not too far from everything and very easy to find. If you are traveling with 2-3 people, I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location for UT Football Weekend

We had a great stay. Communication with property manager is excellent. Location is perfect to walk to DKR and the UT Campus!

Very clean, comfortable and convenient

We had an excellent stay! Loved the high quality kitchen utensils and the level of cleanliness maintained. It was a very convenient location, away from traffic and yet close to markets and the university. Would love to stay here again!

Great hidden get away

This place was wonderful! It had everything we needed for a one night trip. Very clean, organized, and the bed was very comfortable. The place was kinda hidden but in a good quiet neighborhood. Will rebook if ever in Austin again

Clean well stocked home

We came for our daughter’s wedding and we needed a place to stay near the venue. This was perfect! The home was well stocked with everything you would need. Close to grocery stores also. Very clean and good host communication.

Awesome little getaway

The apartment was perfect for two of us visiting Austin! Full size kitchen appliances with all the necessities. The bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows. The living room area was spacious with a smart TV and cozy couch. Loved looking at all the architecture and home design books on the floor to ceiling bookcase. Parking was awesome. Safe area of Austin, close to everything! Washing machine and dryer,too.

Super cute! Great Management!

I thought the place was great, very clean, and the check in process was very easy. My tiny complaint is I felt that the multiple google forms I had to fill out for my check in/out were a bit redundant. I think it would be good if you’re to continue with the forms is to include “early check in” and “late check out” as options, in case the guest has purchased one of those!

I found this property quite disappointing. First, it is in a very old student apartment complex and some of the interior has not been refurbished in decades. Second, it was not clean -- visible mildew in the bathroom and also moldy odors; kitchen also had an odor. Third, the cookware was not usable, the skillet in particular (owner replaced it on the third day). There is no private outdoor space. The HVAC system is quite loud and old. A loud barking door in the next door apartment. I would not stay at any property managed by this owner.

Nice and quiet

Loved the retro vibe. Good mattress. Sheets were fine. Loved all the coffee stuff. Could replace that toilet with an oval one and the shower mat in the bath tub needs to go. Otherwise great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean , great location as close to UT and downtown Austin in a pleasant and tree lined residential area. Carport for one vehicle also. Very comfortable king sized bed. We would recommend upgrading cookware to newer non- stick set and more than one dish towel , but otherwise the kitchen was well supplied. We were very happy with our stay.
