This house is located in a very secure neighborhood, with 24-hour security and gated fences to ensure privacy and security.

*NOTE: POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $55 per night (can only be added for the entire stay);

*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection
fee.

*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F.
• Events are strictly forbidden.
• Only guests are authorized to stay in the rental property.
• No smoking anywhere on the premises.
• At NO time should the maximum occupancy be exceeded.
• Pets are NOT allowed unless the home is designated as Pet Friendly.
• No drug use in or near the property.
• The air conditioning should not be set below 74 Degrees Fahrenheit (23 Degrees Celsius) by the guest. Setting it to a lower temperature will not cool the home quicker. Due to high temperatures in Florida, setting the temperature below 74 Degrees Fahrenheit may result in the system freezing up. If this occurs the air conditioning will have to be turned off to allow the unit to defrost. And the guest will have no air conditioning during this time and will be responsible for the technician’s call-out charges.
VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND A $2500 FINE.

Other Rules
Please keep all windows and doors closed.
• We provide sanitized linens and towels, however, they cannot be cut or tarnished. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $15 penalty charge, for each damaged item.
• All trash must be disposed of daily, as well as at check out.
