Welcome to The Little Bay Bungalow; a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in Rockport, Texas, just a few blocks away from the water. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Tucked away in a quiet Rockport neighborhood, the house offers a spacious backyard with a fire pit and plenty of seating. However, please note that it is not pet-friendly. Boat parking is available.
Enjoy a day at the nearby Rockport Beach, which is just 1.4 miles away

I give my guests their space but I am local and readily available during your stay if you need anything.

Located in the Little Bay Shores community, nestled under the shade of oak trees and just a short walk from the waterfront. Located close to grocery stores and shopping!

You will have access to the entire house except for the owner's linen closet.

LIVING AREAS

Gather in the sun-filled living room, with ample seating for your whole group, and take in a film on the 55” flat screen TV. Or convene around the coffee table for a game night full of laughs.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare your favorite foods in the modern kitchen fully stocked with all the gadgets you might need. Stainless steel appliances, a double sink, and a gas range are some of the fantastic features this kitchen boasts.

Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen table with seating for four.

Find a large king bedroom with closets, a sitting area, and TV for streaming.

Kick back in the sunny and comfortable second bedroom, configured with a queen bed and TV for streaming.

Down the hall, the guest bathroom provides a shower/tub combination.

Play a game of catch in the spacious backyard or gather around the firepit with four Adirondack chairs and tell stories under the stars.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer/dryer, and driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

THE LOCATION

Visit a locals’ favorite, the Boiling Pot; this lively long-running joint serves heaps of Cajun-spiced boiled seafood in down-home beachy digs. Another seafood hotspot is 495 Chesapeake Eats. Specializing in Maryland cuisine and craft cocktails, 495 Chesapeake Eats offers local fresh fish and shrimp, grass-fed beef, and free-range chicken.

Close to Nature Sights

Proximity to Aransas National Wildlife Reserve, Padre Island National Seashore, Fulton Mansion, The Big Tree and other sightseeing spots made the location very convenient.

Quiet home-base in Rockport, TX

This cozy home in Rockport is a great place for a visit to this interesting and beautiful part of the Texas Gulf Coast. It is in a pleasant quiet neighbourhood—for me, that location is the biggest draw for rebooking. The home itself provides for guests' needs (washer and dryer) and is well situated for shopping/browsing or coastal activities.

Quiet neighborhood and pleasant hone.

We spent a few days discovering and exploring Rockport. This location was central to the city. Clean and quiet neighborhood m. Since we did not spend much time there not having an outdoor area to hang out or a water view was not an issue.

Summer Vacation

We really loved this little beach house! It was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed, a home away from home. Would love to stay here again if we go there on vacation another time the beach was just a few minutes away and so were most of the restaurants and places to shop.

Great place, exactly as advertised!

Great little house, perfect for me and my partner and two pups! The property manager was very communicative and the house is well taken care of you! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable for relaxing after a day at the beach. Decorated very well and appreciate the comfortable beds and couch! The kitchen had all the basics and was plenty for what we needed. Great neighborhood, very quiet, and try the Mexican restaurant on the corner! Take out is very fast and good food! The only thing I'd change is allowing users to log on to their own streaming service, that was the only slight annoyance, but minimal! We'll be back for sure! Thank you to the owners for making their home so comfortable and hospitable!
