The midtown location of this condo puts you within walking distance of some of the area's best restaurants and nightlife. The beach is just a block away, and Coastal Highway is lined with miniature golf courses, eateries, and beach shops for souvenirs. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins at 27th Street (two miles south), offering rides, food, and games. You'll also find great outlet shopping in West Ocean City and tax-free shopping across the Delaware state line to the north.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
