We had a wonderful stay in OC! This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo was perfect! Plenty of space for us all. It was clean and very well equipped. We are already planning to go back next summer!

Family weekend getaway

My family and I enjoyed the stay. Very nice property. Only downfall was that the elevator was inoperable, I was made aware of this before booking. If the elevator were to be repaired I woild definitely book again.

Labor Day Weekend

The property was clean and very roomy for a big family. Enjoyed the views from the balcony. The beach is within walking distance. Only issue was the elevator was out of order.

Pristine Condo with Incredible Owner

We have been going as a family to Ocean City for 12 years. Our favorite area to stay is 60-70 street, and we have stayed in several different condos over the years. Let me say that 403 Ocean Palms is by far the best. Not only is this condo updated and pristine with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but I have never experienced an owner who treated us like family from the second I inquired about renting. Cindi was available to us 24/7 and treated us as if we had known her forever. I can tell you that we had no issues at all from check in to check out, and there is truly nothing negative to speak of. This will always be our go to for OCMD! Thank you Cindi!

Great space great location great communication

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property was very clean and spacious and the location was perfect! There was plenty of room for my big family and we really enjoyed ourselves! Hoping to rent next year:)) elevator was broken ( which was communicated to me before I even booked) and there are about 75 steps to get to condo( 2 flights per floor with 9-10 steps per flight and landings in between) but the place was worth it and elevator was being worked on so hopefully it’s up and running soon because the unit is directly across from the elevator. Communication with Cindi from day 1 was fantastic, she was so attentive and available at all times! All in all I would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Elevator

Was led on to believe elevator would be repaired got down to last few days and was not, couldn’t find a condo to meet my needs. So hands were tied , so 72 steps of hell. First day broke my ankle on beach, was confined-to condo 4 days. When are you going to stop blaming Covid already. I run a facility for the state of Pa. We have no problems getting parts , never again will I use VRBO

Midtown gem

My family of four enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach. Our landlord couldn’t be more welcoming and the property suited our family of four perfectly. Location is outstanding. Plenty of places well within walking distance. The beach itself isn’t overly crowded at this location either. The big question, would we stay there again? The answer is absolutely.

Centrally located, huge condo

Condo was exactly as advertised. Huge master bedroom, 2 smaller bedrooms and three bathrooms! Great central location opposite main bridge. A short walk to the beach. The huge Balcony does overlook the main road, which we did know going into it but a little more noisy than I expected. Also, linens, towels, toiletries not included (which rental does state)
 just a little frustrating when you’re paying hundreds of dollars in service fees to have to pack all that stuff. Cindi was extremely responsive and even had the unit available early. The pool was shut down and drained for extensive maintenance during our stay which stunk. With 4 young kids, the pool was one of the major reasons why I booked this listing. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable.

Great experience

This property was perfect for our family. Owner was great to deal with. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance and only a block to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic condo, great location

This place is exactly as the pics show. From the first contact with the property manager to checking out. All was as we could ask for. The condo was clean and welcoming with covered parking at ground level. Location was close to most attractions, but not too close. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway

The property was great! Cindi was very accommodating and very responsive. The property is great. Close to the beach and a pool for when you’re done with the beach. Three full bathrooms is really nice when traveling with more than one family. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for family

My family stayed at the condo for a long weekend in June. It was large, gorgeous, and well maintained. We were concerned that the condo would not be well supplied but it had everything we needed for our cooking and cleaning needs. The only thing we ultimately needed to take were sheets and towels. The condo is in a great location on the beach block, but it is along Coastal Highway which does create a noise problem if the doors are opened. I thought it would be an issue sleeping but with the doors closed, the street noise was muffled enough to lull me to sleep. Cindy, the property manager, was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. She even let us check in early since there was no reservation before us. The next time we plan a trip to OC we will definitely check to see if this condo is available.

Ocean Palms II

Literally just got back from OCMD and Ocean Palms today. This condo was fantastic. Photos match exactly what you will get plus more. Plenty of room for the entire family and very clean and comfortable. Great location, so close to everything. Cindy (property mgr) was very easy and pleasant to work with. The only slight criticism I have is that the master bedroom can be alittle noisy at night from the traffic on Coastal Highway ... but if you do OCMD properly, you will be too tired to really care. This was a great place and we would definitely stay again.
