Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, on 11,325 square foot lot, this vacation home feels like a private resort with manicured lawns, palm trees, pool/spa, built-in fire pit, BBQ grill, and several outdoor spaces to soak in the dramatic mountain views.

Ideally located in Central Palm Springs this vacation rental is approximately 1.5 miles away from downtown where you'll find shopping, restaurants, and entertaining venues.

The private backyard showcases the elevated San Jacinto Mountain from all angles, which creates the perfect backdrop for your Palm Springs destination. The soaring palm trees provide the perfect essence as they sway gently high amongst the bright blue sky.

When it's time to cool down slip into the large private pool for a refreshing swim, or lay atop a pool float and unwind your day away. This backyard oasis also features a BBQ grill where you can prepare your favorite lunch/dinner meals and enjoy outdoor dining poolside. The patio cover above the outdoor table provides the perfect balance of shade to reprieve from the desert sunshine while eating alfresco.

As the sun dips behind the mountain the outdoor natural gas firepit makes for the best location to entertain with your favorite beverage in hand. You can even pick fresh citrus off the trees located in the backyard to mix into your refreshing cool me down drink.

The grassy area is also a nice addition to this backyard oasis for yard games and pets to play on.
As you move into the interior of the house you'll find multiple areas to entertain and lounge around. The large glass sliders allow the beauty of the backyard to pour into the living room where you'll enjoy the indoor/outdoor Palm Springs lifestyle. One couch is positioned in front of a large screen television making it the ideal location for a little movie watching, as the secondary couch sits in front of the gas fireplace that provides for a cozy atmosphere.

The kitchen of this vacation rental is fully stocked to prepare a formal meal for your entire group. When it's time to eat you'll find that the large round dining table off the kitchen makes for perfect location to enjoy everyone's company. There're also four counter stools at the kitchen island for use and a small four-person table in the solarium showcasing the magnificent beauty of the Palm Springs mountain range.

The primary bedroom features a King size bed, television, glass sliders that lead out to the beautiful backyard oasis, and an ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms both have Queen size beds and share the hallway bathroom.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
