The Space:

BEDROOMS

- Primary Suite: King bed, private bathroom with vanity, French doors, reading nook, 55" smart TV, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, dresser, and generous closet space.

- Couple's Suite: King bed, connected outdoor patio, 47" smart TV, and plenty of closet space. Shares a bathroom with the bunk room.

- Bunk Room: Double bed plus single bunk, 36" smart TV, and ample closet space perfect for the little ones. Shares a bathroom with the couple's suite.



BATHROOMS

- Primary en-suite with walk-in shower

- Guest bathroom with tub/shower combination



LIVING AREAS

- Living Room: Cozy space with a 60" curved TV, family-friendly games and high-top table with bar stools.

- Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and gas stovetop. Premium coffee and tea bar with Keurig, French press, and electric kettle. Dining table seats 6.



OUTDOOR AMENITIES

- Patio, Pool & Hot Tub: Spacious backyard with an outdoor dining table for 6, 3 premium chaise loungers, sectional couch, propane BBQ grill, private heated pool (optional heating for an additional fee), and a relaxing jacuzzi hot tub.

- Garage : workout equipment, treadmill and washer/dryer



The house is approximately a 10-minute drive from the airport. While some guests have noted occasional airplane noise, most find it to be a minor concern and not disruptive to their stay. It's something to consider as you plan your visit.

The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is Desert Park Estates which is a residential area, about 8-10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs or the airport. Please note : this home and the hundreds of homes around this neighborhood is in the flight path of the Airport. On certain days, flights will be heard landing and taking off from the airport.



Getting Around:

Parking is pretty easy as well as Uber/Lyft



Other Things to Note:

1. Checkout is at 10am because of the time it takes to fully prepare the house for incoming guests. Check-in is at 4pm. If we do not have same day guests, we can offer an early check-in / late check-out for up to 3 hours for $40.

2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.

3. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per dog per stay. Maximum of 2.

4. No smoking anything inside the house

5. Please be considerate of the neighbors. We have full-time residents all around us.

6. Please remove shoes in the house.

7. Pool heating has a cost of $100 per day, 2 days minimum. Please let us know in advance so we can have the pool fully heated for you. Spa heating is complimentary.

8. The City of Palm Springs requires : Submitting ID, Signed Renter's Agreement and the responsible guest must be at least 21 years of age.
