This is a fantastic mid-century home in a beautiful wooded setting. It is close to a highway that connects you to regional attractions and universities. Michael was a welcoming and very helpful host.Just FYI check out nearby Journeyman Distillery.

Valpo visit

This property is outstanding. The kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed morning coffee in the screened porch and a fire on the patio at night. Choice of gas or charcoal grill. The owner was very accommodating but not intrusive. The decor is 1950s modern and there is something interesting everywhere you look. This was our third stay and we will be back!

Great place and fantastic property manager!

Very clean home. Especially for a place that allows pets. Love all the windows, making the home a nice daylight bright. The bathrooms are extremely clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. Good parking. Great location! Best of all, the property manager was very accommodating with fantastic communication up to and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Family Stay

House is better than even advertised. Very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Sun room and patio were a wonderful bonus. Perfect place for our college kids to join us for a cook out and s’mores around the fire pit. Dog friendly, too!

Best home, Best stay

This is that home of tomorrow. It's nostalgic look with modern appliances makes this home look incredible. The sunroom to backyard fire pit provided a very relaxed setting. I would recommend this place for anyone to stay. The owner was amazing, communication was great, and location to town was perfect.

The neighborhood with beautiful trees was great! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. Period decorating was fun! Loved the screened in porch.

Home away from home

Without a doubt, this was the best rental I have experienced. House is immaculate, Well equipped with everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. I am technologically challenged and could not get the TV to work. Michael returned my text within minutes and walked us through the process of getting the TV to work. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. We walked 4 miles every day. Michael was the most gracious host encouraging us to reach out to him if we needed anything at all. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are planning to make it a yearly tradition.

Wonderful Stay

Host was quick to respond to all questions and easy to work with. House was very clean, fully stocked, and felt right at home. Kitchen was absolutely amazing with everything you might need. The house's layout is set up nicely for everyone to enjoy their stay. Peaceful and relaxing view of the woods. Highly recommend!

Very clean, well decorated. It was perfect for me and my partner. I will say it is not kid friendly due to the expensive furniture and amount of glass decor within reach off small hands!

Wonderful retro, relaxing, and inviting home!

I can't say enough about this home! Vintage 1960's in excellent condition with decor that's reflective of the era with modern stylings. Very well appointed with everything that could make you feel like you're home. The host is very friendly and accommadating, and made our stay relaxing and fun. I absolutely recommend and hope to stay there again!
