THE SPACE
This super spacious home is two stories, with the primary suite on the first floor. The home is originally from the 1970s and has been recently updated and outfitted to extend a warm welcome to your family and meet your needs during your stay. There are still little details here and there that tie back to its original character and add to its charm.
The first floor has two living areas, plus a separate office area, a separate dining area, and a game area. The main living area has a 65” Smart TV and high-speed internet access. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and all-new stainless steel appliances, also comes with all the kitchen essentials for your stay. This home has a very large back patio with an outside dining area and a gas BBQ grill.
The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a king-size bed and 58" Smart TV, also has an ample closet, and the en-suite bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower.
The three other guest rooms and the Jack’n’Jill bathroom are upstairs. One guest room also has a king-size bed and a 58” Smart TV. The third guest room has a queen-sized bed, and the final guest room has two single beds.
Both bathrooms have new showers, new quartz vanity counters, and bath essentials are also provided.
Comfy memory foam mattresses provided in all bedrooms.
One Pack and Play, and one high chair are also provided in the home for your little one.
One queen air mattress and extra sheets/blankets/pillows are also provided.
Washer and dryer are located in the garage of the home.

GUEST ACCESS
Although guests have access to the garage for washer & dryer use, we ask that guests do not store anything in the garage or operate the garage door openers.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
All pets must be added to your reservation, pet fee does apply (see policies and rules), no unauthorized pets allowed.
Neighbors on both sides have dogs, so we ask that guests never leave their pets outside unattended in the back yard so as to avoid damage to the fences or injury to the pets. If pets are left unattended inside the home, they must be securely crated.
Maintenance staff for lawncare and pest control may be on property from time-to-time.
