Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, Serenade of the Sea is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island and St. George Lighthouse Museum and fishing pier. Just across the bridge are Eastpoint's seafood markets and craft brewery and the eclectic shopping, arts and culinary scene of historic and charming Apalachicola are just 25 minutes by car!
The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking and a covered entry. A convenient elevator assists with quickly unpacking for your Island vacation. Enjoy a private boardwalk to the sandy shore and a wonderful enclosed outdoor shower after a day in the sun. An exterior spiral staircase conveniently connects all floors of this home directly to the ground floor. A fish cleaning area and park-style grill are provided for your fresh catch.
The first floor of this home offers an abundance of sleeping spaces. The SE king bedroom enjoys gorgeous views of the sparkling Gulf and direct access to the covered deck. This room also enjoys a flat screen TV and a full private bathroom. The SW king bedroom also enjoys a flat screen TV and a full private bathroom with twin sinks and a private water closet. A flat screen TV and direct access to the covered Gulf view deck are also enjoyed here. The NE king bedroom enjoys a flat screen TV, full private bathroom and direct access to the covered deck with Bay views. The NW bunk bedroom sleeps 4 in 2 sets of twin bunk beds and enjoys a flat screen TV and full private bathroom.
The second floor of this home features a large and open living/dining/kitchen floor plan. Enjoy views of the Gulf and Bay while preparing coastal meals in the well appointed kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. The dining area with seating for 8 is perfect for meals, games and puzzles.
The living room boasts a flat screen TV, stereo, an abundance of comfortable seating and a gas fireplace to cozy up to in the cooler months. Exit the living or dining areas through sliding glass doors to the covered porch with a patio table and the exposed sundeck with chaise lounges overlooking the Gulf.
